Review: I have a loan with payday loans and it is default. I am in debt relief program and the send proposals to them and they never respond, also I call them to see if there is something I can do to work this out and get it payed off. They say that they will call me back and never do to see how we can rectify this situation. I just keep getting the run around with them I send them monthly payments and nothing ever goes down or they do nnot return any correspondence with me.Desired Settlement: I would like them to waive finance charges and make a settlement with me of 300.00 dollars so that I can get them paid off. With that 300.00 dollars would like to make 3 monthly payments of 100.00 each. So that we can rectify this and close the account.
