Review: This so callee company pay day mobility hasn't complied to my emails or calls in 2 months. They have stated they are changing banks and my payments will be delayed a couple of days. Its been 3 months since my last payment has processed. They are a unlicenced payday loan company I recently found out. The phone rings and rings and no one picks up. I am worried about my identity and the interest recurring on this loan. These people are scamDesired Settlement: Find out why they are not responding to emails or calls yet take peoples money

Review: I took out a loan of $300.00 and have paid them $270.00 Dollars. Now they are trying to make me pay them $480.00 more. Tue $270 I have paid and plus the $300.00 I got from down. Now have turned me into the collection Department. They are loan sharking me to death.Desired Settlement: Let them leave me alone and acept what has been paid.

Review: My wife and I have sent numerous emails to the company even called and was told someone would respond to my request to date no response. On Friday April 5' 2014 for $115.00 and $ 105.00 and again Monday April 7, 2014 for $115.00 and $105.00 I have sent three emails today also asking for a phone call with no response. I do not believe there is a balance on these loans. I have requested information to make sure their payments and my payments are the same but have not received anything from them not even an email. My bank account was debited 4 transactions and that overdrew my account 4 times $35.00 each time.Desired Settlement: Phone call, documentation emailed to me regarding this loan and why was money taken from my account 2 business days in a row; refund for the 4 overdrafts of. $35.00 each that I received.

Review: We have never done business with this company or have never authorized this company to auto debit our account and in the last 4 months they have taken over $1000.00 out of our account. Different amounts of debit on random days. We just discovered this 2 days ago and have since placed a stop on this company.Desired Settlement: We would like this company to return our funds that they took without authorization and for them to not be able to continue this wreckless debiting of others accounts

Review: I originally got a $200 payday loan from these people. At the time I got the loan they said that there was a $60 dollar fee adding up to $260. I called to find out about my payments because I have paid $240. They informed me that they will take $60 every two weeks and the loan amount remains $200 until I actually pay the $200 all at once. In other words I could pay $60 for the rest of my life if I do not cover the $200 all at one time. To me this sounds shady and down right criminal. I thought we had laws to protect citizens from this kind of behavior on the part of these companies. Thank youDesired Settlement: Since I am $20 away from the amount I was quoted at the time of the loan I would like to pay the $20 and be done with it.

Review: Took out an $800 loan on August 26th. Started the repayment as normal with emails reminding me of payment. Then all of the sudden they stopped taking payments. I continued to receive the emails saying they were taking the money, but it was never withdrawn from my account. This went on until February 20th. I called them several times but I either did not get an answer or they told me that department was being upgraded.

On March 18th I received another email. This email was from a different email address and looked completely different. Due to these payday loans I have been getting a ton of spam and this looked like any of the other spam I get but it did have payday mobility’s name on it. However, there appears to be multiple payday mobility’s.

The amount due was correct but this is strange all of the sudden several months later they decide to take the money with only a couple of days warning. Now I have $186.67 + 56.00 in fees due. This time they took $56 and will continue to charge the fees until this is paid in full. If I had more of a notice and they did things properly I will now be paying an extra $56 on top of the $186.67. This company should not have the right to all of the sudden out of nowhere continue removing money from my account without properly notifying me of changes to their system and what to expect. They also should have sent the email about the payment and payment option a little earlier like they used to. Even if I pay this in full the next pay date I will now have overpaid them $56. Considering their lack of communication with the customer and sneaky and illegitimate methods of running a business I would like them to dismiss this loan completely and leave me alone. I want my name removed from their system.Desired Settlement: They can consider the $56 paid in full and leave my account alone. After several months they have no right to be accessing my account without contacting me personally. Tis was unexpected at this point due to their horrible business practices.

Review: I have been scammed by this companyDesired Settlement: Return monies borrowed

Review: In June of 2013 I took out two loans with this company, both within a months time. The first loan was for 200.00 dollars and the second was 100.00 dollars, totaling 300.00 dollars. From July to October 2013 I have paid a total of 677.50 dollars. I spoke with rep in August to confirm payment amounts and when the end of my loans would be. I was told that final payments would be made in September, but come October they withdrew two amounts 130.00 and 72.50. I called again in October to find out how much more I would owe they told me an additional 271.00 to pay off the 200.00 loan and an additional 160.00 to pay off the 100.00 loan. When I initially took out the loan for 200.00 they told me I would be making 3 payments of 100.00 and for the 100.00 loan I would make 4 payments of 30.00. Consistently the payment amounts have increased monthly and when I call to verify they keep saying I owe more and more. For a service I was told would cost me 130.00 plus the loan amount for both loans making it 430.00. I am being charge over that amount to the tune of 670.00 dollars if they take out money in November.Desired Settlement: I want them to immediately stop taking funds out of my checking account and refund me for any money they withdrew from my account minus the 430.00 dollars that I agreed to pay for the two loans.

Review: The collection department keeps calling me on a daily basis. Leaving threatening messages if I don't take care of the balance on the account.Desired Settlement: Stop contacting me and please work the debt consolidation company I am using to help pay off more than 7 payday loans.

Review: I do not understand why I am paying this company back almost 3 times the amount I requested for the loan. My original loan was $450. as of today, I have paid $550 back. I started my repayment on the 5th of June in the amount of$135. It wasn't until almost a month later that I found out this was part of some ridiculous fee that this company has established. I have taken out loans before and any fees are explained to me up front and included in my paperwork. This company has not and did not explain to me the outcome of taking out this loan or the fees for this amount. Not only do they want me to pay my amount off they want me to pay the fees. Im now required to pay $28 (principal loan) + $135 (loan fee) on this loan. And they want this every two weeks.Desired Settlement: If this continues to happen I would like to be refunded my over payment amount. otherwise, I would recommend that no one deals with this outrageous and ridiculous company.

Review: I borrowed $200 from this company and was told the final cost would be 700 well that was July of last year. Now today 4/29/2013 I'm still being charged $33 weekly which puts It well over $1000 and there no one to contact and the e-mail is always return domain. I'm sick of dealing with this company I will take legal rout against this company If they don't stop taking my moneyDesired Settlement: Stop taking my money

Review: I borrowered $450 they told me it was ten payments with the first payment having a $150 peocessing charge. All the payments since I did this in May have been $270. Even when I increased my payment to $300 they stated that I still have a total of ten payments. So far I have made three payments for a total of $570. I still have three payments left. By the time I have made the ten payments I would have paid over $2000. Please help. I live off a military pension, I need help. Desired Settlement: I would like to see if you can stop the payments. I received no paperwork just talking to a guy on the phone. He had this fake "english" accent and it was hard to understand. I think that by the time they take out $300 more dollars in August I would have paid more than double what I borrowered.

Review: My husband passed away on December 13, 2013. I did not know he had a pay day mobility loan. They took $90.00 out of my account on March 21, 2014 and $90.00 out of my account on April 4, 2014. I want the funds refunded to me. I mailed them a death certificate and also e-mailed pay day mobility a death certificate. I spoke to them and they stated to me that they would close the account. I never received any funds from them in my account.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund the funds they took out of my account immediately and stop taking the funds out of my account

Review: I borrowed money for 450.00 in August for an emergency. .I paid back over $400.00 I spoke with the company who stated I still owe $400.30 because that was was interest 30% every 2 weeks. This was never mention on initial call and if I am having payday Mobility take $135.00 every 2 weeks how can they not apply that to my loan and state it is applied to interest rateDesired Settlement: I would like to have at least most of the money applied to my loan.I would never agree to take a $450.00 loan to pay back double the amount. I feel like this company is taking advantage. I have taken out payday loans before and never had an issue making a payment to the company

Review: I borrowed 400 in Aug and have paid $625 to date but none of this money has gone to the principal. They claim I still owe them $487.50.....this can't be legal. I spoke with them today at [redacted] and they won't apply any of the money I paid to date to the loan. They say it was all interest. Is there some way I can get what I paid applied to the actual loan. I asked to speak to the legal dept but she said they don't have one.Desired Settlement: Loan paid in full to date with no additional payments due from me

Review: This company has contacted me once and left a message to call [redacted] back to discuss my account. I called her back the same day to advise my account has been added to a debt management program and that company is sending a letter and payment. I was treated very rude by her and was told I have 24 hours to get them a copy of a power of attorney from that company. I called the debt management company back and they faxed the letter while I was on the phone. Today I get a nasty email saying I am refusing to pay and have intentionally neglected my account. If I was going to not pay why would I have put the account on the debt management program so they would receive payment? This company has been nothing but trouble and I can see why they have a F rating. I wish I would have told the woman no who called me to confirm the loan as she was rude too. Another issue I have had is that I am getting strange calls from people with foreign accents trying to scam me, this happened after I gave Payday Mobility my information. I feel that Payday Mobility is directly associated with the fact I am receiving these calls. I have contacted the FBI Internet crime division in regards to these calls. I hope Payday Mobility and the individuals calling to scam people are punished for their actions. I do not know how these people sleep at nightDesired Settlement: I want Payday Mobility and the other people to stop contacting me. My account is on a program to repay them and I am hardly trying not to pay

Review: In 2013, I was in need of emergency cash, and I had had positive experiences with another lender; however, when I typed in their address, it sent me to Payday Mobility. They arranged for a loan, and I made arrangements to pay every two weeks, when I was paid. Everything went well until late November 2013-after my last payment of $80 on a $117.25 balance, the balance went up to $128.65. I am sent multiple emails to secure payments, which I tend to arrange ahead of time using their secure payment page-but not one payment has been taken from my account since 11/2013!Desired Settlement: I do NOT want my credit further ruined by them-I already have enough problems. I just really would like to make arrangements to pay the outstanding bill, at a reasonable rate-say 18% interest? and for them to erase any potentially bad remarks they may have made to the credit bureau.

Review: I called back in October and did a pay day loan. I borrowed 350.00 and the fee was 105.00. Which made the loan 455.00. I did my 1st payment 10-11-13 for the minium payment due which was 105.00. 2nd payment was 10-25-13 for the minium payment due of 105.00. 3 rd payment due 11-05-13 again I paid the minium payment due 105.00 and on 11-22-13 payment #4 I paid the minium payment due of 105.00. So I decided to get a balance so I can just pay it off with my 12-06-13 pay. and to my surpise I have not paid nothing on my loan but the 105.00 processing fee. I was never told this by the representative I signed up with. I thought the minium payment allowed was 105.00 and that is what I been paying So to my surpise I still owe these people 455.00. Which I think is very misleading to customers. when they send you the email with the payment to pay. Theres a minium apyment , a pay in full and a payment optiional to pay more on the loan. I have gave these people 315.00 and all that has paid was the processing fee. I still owe them 455.00. If in the email was a little more in detail I woudl have paid this loan off along time ago. They expect me to pay 455.00 plus I have already gave them 315.00. That is 770.00 for a laon that I only got 350.00. NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THIER SHADINESS. VERY MISLEADING AND PEOPLE NEED TO REALIZE DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I told them I was reporting them to the BB the state attorNey general and the FTC

Review: When I talk the company they told me that there will a one time fee of $240.00 and then my payments will be $100.00 a month until I pay it off. Now they are collecting another fee of $240.00. I called the company and they told me that the fee of $240.00 be taken out of my account until the loan was paid back. My loan was only $400.00, so that means I will be paying 3 or 4 times amount of my loan. If I had know this I wouldn't have taken the loan. I would like Payday Mobility to stop taking money out of my account. I'm on a fixed income and I can afford the fee they are taking. As long as they stop taking the $240.00 fee charge, I will pay back the loan of $400.00 of about $75.00 a month until its paid back. Thank you for your help.Desired Settlement: Not to charge the fee of $240.00 every month until loan is paid back. I will paid the load back and only the $400.00 without the fee charge.
