We offer a 5 year guarantee. I said I would fit it. I have to pay for asphalt by the ton. When I was in the area, I was going go there and fix it for her. She was very happy then she started threatening me. When we did the gravel, there were rat holes, she knew that. So I put in rocks, then I paved....

But then the rat work its way up the side, so it collapsed. I Had a guy over there last week. They filed the hole, everything was fine. I fixed the driveway and offered her a refund of $150. We do lay gravel before we put down asphalt. As of now, asphalt concerns have been resolved.

The claims that they ever said we had rats when they were installing the driveway are absolutely false. We never have had nor do we currently have a rodent problem. The owner of the company has never responded to any calls regarding the 5 year warranty or fixing the driveway (we started calling about the issues at the very beginning of June). No one from the company called or came out "last week". Someone who works for another random company showed up in our driveway 2 days ago  (Saturday 7/25) almost 2 months after our 1st concerns were voiced. He reported being the brother of the company's owner and dumped some asphalt on the cracked area. He said he would return later to finish the job by heating the area and melding it to the other part of the driveway as well as to remove the rest of the yard waste. He never returned and no one from the company has called us. We would certainly like a $150 refund since they did less than 1/2 the removal of the yard waste. This was mentioned once on 6/28 but no payment was ever sent. We would also like them to complete the repair process and if there are future issues with the driveway we'd like a more timely response than 2 months.
