Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I honestly can not believe these fabricated lies. When I first arrived to pick up my car I was excited and did mention that the work was great. Until I thouroughly inspected the follwing morning. When I first arrived I "inspected" the front windshield, driver and passenger side windows and showed him where the vent window rubber was lifting and he said that the sun would mold it into place and if it didn't happen he would add more sealant. The sun did not mold it into shape. I also showed [redacted] that the passenger window was moving out of place and was shaking. I took it upon myself to fix that issue. I was not able to check the rear windows because they still had tape on there and advised me to not remove the tape for a few days. After three days I removed the tape and realized that the weather strips on one side was not sealing correctly. I also called and pointed out the fact that one of the vent windows was to short and that did not get fixed either. I was NEVER advised by anyone that the regulators needed to be changed and [redacted] said he would take care of the metal window channels. I did rush home to clean out my car and bring the car back because the price was a deal, but after seeing the quality of work, you pay for what you get. The estimate was rougly $400 but I ended up paying $1000. Big difference. While my car was in their hands I had to call and get updates on the status of my car and I was asking them when my car would be ready so I could pick it up. If the car was there to long was because they took a long time on it. As soon as I was told that my car was ready I picked it up after work at around 6:30pm. No one moved my car either of the times it was there. When I picked it up it was in the exact same location. Whenever I asked to speak with [redacted] a female said that he would call me back. Which he did not. The one time he did call back was to tell me that it was going to be roughly another $200 more. My phone hasn't been disconnecnted in years. Maybe they didn't dial it correctly. I wouldn't bring back my car even if I was paid. Such horrible customer service and unpleasant individuals to deal with. And as far as "threatening" goes, I did not. I told him I was going to file a claim because I was not satiasfied with the quality of work. I have no reason to lie in my complaint letter or any of this, my business isn't the one getting a bad review.

Review: Came to this business because they claim to do glass for classic autos. I brought them my car,1948 Packard, on 1/25/14 and I picked it up on 2/3/14. I showed, [redacted], that my rear two windows were shaking/loose and didn't roll up or down properly and some of the rubber moldings were lifting. He said bring it back any time within the 90 day warranty and he would fix it at no charge. I took my car back on the 2/18/14 and showed, [redacted], that I now had a crack on one of the rear windows and I also pointed out other things that were wrong (vent window cut too short, rubber moldings still lifting), he said that someone must have done it or I had driven with the window down and that's how it cracked. I returned on 2/25/14 to pick up my car and the crack wasn't fixed and someone attempted to add more adhesive to the rubber moldings to fix the lifting, that did not work. [redacted] offered to replace the glass but would have to charge. Claims that the WINDOW REGULATORS are "bad" and that's why it cracked. That is not the case. Water leaks through ALL the windows and the rear windows are still loose and I can not roll them up/down without them falling off track. Never had leaks prior to having this place work on my glass. Whoever worked on my car dripped adhesive all over my dash and on the exterior of the car. Quality of work is very poor. The window channels and the cut glass are poorly made. Sloppy "craftsmanship" overall. The female that seems to be in charge of customer service is horrible. Hard to get a word in and extremely rude. Whenever I called in to get a status update on my car they always told me they would call me back. No one ever called back with an update and seemed upset when I would call to check the status. I paid a lot of money and expected quality work. Stressful and very unsatisfied on the service I received from this company.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the cracked window replaced at no charge or a partial refund for the cracked window.

He did mention to me prior we started on the car that he was advised to change all the regulators and the metal channells inside his door pannels, because 'they were all very rusty, the car is 1948, and he is fully aware of the fact. The car was a mess inside out. He came back 17 days later after he picked it up with a cracked rear window. He never complained at all about any other problem about our work on his vehicle, only the fact that his rear window got broken somehow? I offered to only charge him my cost on custom making the broken glass, he got so upset and threatened to call Revdex.com. None of his complaint letter was true regarding our work, we guarantee the labor yes for 90 days, but not the glass. Anything could cause the glass to crack. He knows the work we did cost more than $3500 outside, when I first gave him the estimate, he rushed home and brought his car immedietelly because he couldn't believe how low the price was. We put alot of hours put to complete this job, I took pictures of his vehicle in and out before and after to proof all his wrong acuzations. At this point, I do not feel it was right of him to present me in such bad way, I will not work on his car again, he was very loud the last time I saw him, and as a matter of fact he left his car too long, which we stored it here in the shop and was moving it every day to get our work done.
