I had them install a brand new AC/heat pump less than a year ago and the AC unit broke (in the middle of June). I called the company, but no one picks up and so I left a voicemail. The owner called back a few hours later and told me they'll come check it the day after because he'll be busy with another job the next day. Two days later and no one shows up, so I called them and the owner said he was sick and ended up in the hospital. Long story short, I had to plead with him to send one of his guy to check the AC because it was 90 degrees outside. One of his guy came the next day to check the unit and found out the sensor was bad, and the owner assure me that he'll check the distribution center for the parts and get it replaced the next day. I call the owner again the next day a few times, starting around 10 AM, before he finally picked up. The first time he picked up at around noon, he told me he'll call the distribution center to check for the parts and will call me back; whereas, I thought he already called them yesterday for the parts. Two hours later, at around 2 PM, I call him again, and he told me they didn't have the parts, and it will take 3-4 business to have the parts ship from the manufacturer; he even informed me that he had to pay $75 for the shipping when I asked him if he could get the parts sooner. For the next few days, there was no communications until I called the owner a few times again on the "4th business day" before he picked up and he told me the parts has arrived, but he cannot come to fix my AC because he has a family and need to spend time with them; as if I don't have a family and my family doesn't need to deal with the heat. Throughout this ordeal, I felt like I had to keep calling the owner to drive him to take up my issue, otherwise nothing would get done. If you are looking for an unsympathetic AC guy who doesn't care to have your business, I have found the guy perfect for you!
