Payless Paving

Review: I had my one car driveway paved in mid summer of 2013 by Payless Paving of [redacted]. There work came with a one year warranty. In March of 2014 I noticed my driveway cracking and falling apart in several areas. I called the owner [redacted] and he was very prompt in coming to look at the problem. After talking with him he assured me that he would take care of the driveway cracking (as soon as the blacktop plants open up in March) and apologized for the work. March comes and goes and [redacted] is a no show. Since then I have made several calls to him and he continues to assure me that it will be taken care of even if he has to do it on a Sunday. As of this writing (the last week of May I've continued to call [redacted] week after week. With nothing but empty promises. My driveway looks disgraceful at this point. My last voice mail to [redacted] was to inform him that my patience has run out and my next step was to the Revdex.com. [redacted] has yet to return my call.Desired Settlement: Get my driveway repaired!
