I am rejecting this response because:
A Lack of communication is a lieI was repeatedly told they where going to start my cabinets then that they had started that they where in paintingThen when I went to confront them after they finally told my wife they had not even started they would not give a refund and rushed the build and finish of the cabinets several doors where dinged frames with scuffsThe overall job was rushed and the quality is marginal There where places where they did not even get any paint on the cabinets and had to touch up in the fieldThey talk about there quality finishin there paint booth but half of it was repainted in my house One Cabinets was built wrong and had to be taken back and rebuiltIn my opinion a week or two late from a cabinet shop is acceptable in today's lazy standards but eight weeks and repeatedly lying that it was being made and would be installed over and over is a sign of a business you should never use In the end we paid them minus the obvious mistakes they had on the invoice and will have the painter doing our house put a final coat of paint on the cabinets to even out the pour finish As a final statement I would recommend you do not use this company

We do apologize for the delays in Mr*** jobDue the custom
nature of our business, time frames are approximate and can fluctuateIt
should have been communicated with Mr*** about any delays in his job and
time frame adjustments; we apologize for this not occurringWe are
taking
action to improve upon our communicationMr*** came into the business and spoke with *** about
his project and it was promised to be done and installed on September 25th
Our installers were out at Mr*** house on September 24th and
started installation of his kitchen. The
work at the ***'s has been complete and payment has been given in full

Review: on April 9th 2014 I prepaid for a pair of shoes 2b delivered 2the store. After I paid 4them the cashier said "oh,yeah I need you to sign this",it basically was their book &it stated I realize it could take up to 14 days to deliver the shoes to store.@which time I expressed my displeasure w/that fact being left out prior to paying for them. I went to the store more than4 days ago 2inquire about the shoes & why I haven't received a call...she simply said because they haven't come in. I asked doesn't she think they should contact us if there has been a delay with delivery it was pretty much shrugged off &my dissatisfaction noted. she said a delivery had come inthat evening &another was due the next day &she would call to let me know if they came in or not. She never called. so today I went to the mall again& inquired why she never called, her response because they didn't come in. she went to look in the back, &came out &chuckled &said "you're going to hate me. we have a pair somewhere in the store but they're not yours." we looked,they weren't in the store. I asked her to please look them up in the computer& find out what is the status and she said I can't. my response was " let me get this straight, you took money for a product and had me sign a contract stating I understood they could take upto 2wks to arrive, and now you have no idea how to find out where the product is and you just want me to sit around and wait for them to arrive however long that may take with nothing more but a chuckle from you?" this is unsatisfactory you can't just take money and not have away to locate what I paid for. she offered to let the manager know in the AM and left to help another customer. I think it goes w/o saying why I am upset . they took money and failed to deliver an item in the promised amount of time ... that's stealing, misadvertising whatever you want2 call it's wrong.furhter,when I purchased the shoes, I was told this style is cut differently so they don't all fit the same even as same size.Desired Settlement: I want an explanation as to where the product is, why the staff doesn't know how to account for something , and why it's ok to laugh about a customer's dissatisfaction. I want my shoes, at this point I really think I should be given some sort of discount on the already paid price for the trouble and inconvenience it has caused me . so I want multiple pairs sent to the store in the same size style and color, so that I can try them on and leave with what I paid for on that same day. thank you
