Paylink not paying my refund
I pay Paylink monthly who pays my service contract with Gold Standard. I canceled my contract with Gold Standard and they fully refunded PAYLINK who is/has not paid me and tells me to call them for my refund. Endless runaround hoping I give up on my $735. Refund.

Horrible company
Biggest scam ever, incompetent liars, you will regret using them and they won't resolve their wrong, then will yell at you and refuse you a manager or corporate number. Had to file two separate BBB complaints on differnt but simular issue. Horrible company and they won't even refund me.

SCAM!
Pay Link Direct took out $200.13 out of my bank account money that I worked hard for and I have two kids that I have to support! I don’t know who you guys are and I especially don’t k kw how you got my personal information but I want my full refund back ASAP! Or I’m getting my lawyer involved!

No idea who you are
I'm Charles Smith I never purchased any coverage let alone had a conversation with these people so I don't know how you guys got my information but you took $107.67 of my hard earn money out of my account that needs to be refunded ASAP. The money was took from me 10-3-20 the first time so I want my money back and whatever coverage I supposedly have I want shut down and I will be letting my bank know.

I purchased a warranty plan from Paylink in January, I paid $3,for a plan that covered months or 100,milesI've only had the plan for monthsMy car has 68,original milesI had the car in for serviceI was told Paylink cancelled my warranty contractThey said they paid out more claims than the car was valuedI should have used the $3,to pay the repairs myselfI would have been further aheadI will not recommend this company to anyoneI have told people of my experience and advised them not to waste their money

I called this company to cancel the payment plan agreement and the lady who answers the phone call was very rude, her loud voice, and the sarcastic way she was talking to me I don't know if she was having a bad day or something wrong with her but I don't think this is a professional way to take care costumers
