My review is that this company skirts the lawI wrote a check to the [redacted] for $For my error, I was $short so the check was returnedMy bank did not even charge me a fee for since it for such a small amountThe next thing I know I'm overdrawn, so I call my bank and they tell me someone by the name of Paytek is attempting to take money out of my accountI go in person and they've tried twice to take out $What? I call the company and ask, who are you and what do you want? They tell me I owe them a fee and they are trying to get it out of my bank accountI ask why someone hasn't contacted me? They expressly told me that they don't have toI owe it, they take itI have no problem paying this fee BUT "no contact" is not legalI talked to them twice and both people said it was legal and they do not have to contact meShame on you for being a company without ethicsAny business that uses Paytek as a collector of debt is just as badI'm not a person who's checks don't clear, it was a fluke, but Paytek is not a fluke, they are downright dirty and will do what ever it takes to get their money, that includes never letting you know you owe them....Interesting since my phone number and address were on the check

My bank did not even charge me a fee for since it for such a small amount. The next thing I know I'm overdrawn, so I call my bank and they tell me someone by the name of Paytek is attempting to take money out of my account. I go in person and they've tried twice to take out $40. What? I call the company and ask, who are you and what do you want? They tell me I owe them a fee and they are trying to get it out of my bank account. I ask why someone hasn't contacted me? They expressly told me that they don't have to. I owe it, they take it.
