I contacted Alex Hooker, from [redacted] Airport Parking in [redacted] about damage to my Range Rover as a result of Andrew Mittedeen guiding my vehicle at the car wash, to which my vehicle fell twice from off the tracks on June 29. I spoke with Mr. Mittedeen and he apologized for not properly guiding my vehicle into the car wash and he gave me his business card after I determined damages. I spoke with Alex Hooker upon my return to Atlanta and told him that the Land Rover dealership I had driven the car to told me that the truck was out of alignment, but in order to determine what other damage was incurred on my vehicle, that they would need to do a diagnostic test. Mr. Hooker told me he spoke with Helen Mouat and agreed to pay for damage incurred to my Range Rover upon receiving two estimates. I told Mr. Hooker that I needed time to get the estimates because I was out of town again and would obtain them once I was back in Atlanta. I faxed the estimates from the Land Rover dealership and Cox Automotive. Both estimates did not provide an exact cost for damages, but just gave the cost of a starting fee for alignment, but stated that a diagnostic test needed to be completed to access further damage. Once the estimates were submitted, Mr. Hooker told me that they would pay Cox Automotive to repair the damage to my vehicle. I informed Mr. Hooker on September 13 that he should contact Cox Automotive directly, because there was no exact fee provided and the estimated also stated that the starting fee did not include all of the calibration and adjustments costs included to do a realignment and did not include any other damage done to the car falling from the car wash tracks twice. I never heard from Mr. Hooker again and he never contacted Cox Automotive to pay for damage incurred on my Range Rover. I called on September 19 and spoke with Helen Mouat to follow-up on an email I sent her,Paul Mann, Alex Hooker and some executive members of Park PCA on September 15 (which they never acknowledged or responded to).
