I took my car to PCS automotive for repair. They gave me a loaner car in the meantime. They did not disclose that this particular car's gas gauge did not work properly and that when the gauge says 1/4 tank that it means its empty. I ran out of gas on the highway in a very bad spot. There was barely any space to pull over safely. Before I got back with gas the battery died from having the hazards on. I left the car to get help and by the time I got back to the car it was already towed by the Cleveland Police. This all happened in a matter of 2 hours. Now for my car to get released, I am supposed to pay 2 tow fees a parking ticket and an impound fee. The total is almost $400. My car repair was only $200. So I would have paid them $600. They will not release my car until I pay the remaining $400. I already paid for the repair of the vehicle. I should not be responsible for this since they never made it known that the vehicle they loaned me had a faulty gas gauge.
