To whom it may concern,I would like to apologize on behalf of management and ownership of the Firehouse RestaurantWe treat every complaint seriously; that being said we have trivia in our bar and patio and it is limited seatingNinety percent (90%) of our trivia members have standing reservations which makes it extremely difficult to add tables and chairs when reservations are altered, and yes I totally agree the employee should have made the customer aware of thisWe have had trivia here for a few years now and since it has grown we have polled our customers about moving it to our banquet room which holds patronsUnfortunately, almost all of them voted against it for the lack of atmosphereI also highly recommend to anyone with a complaint in any form of business to always present your issue to management so the problem can be addressed propertyWe at the Firehouse strive to exceed both food and service requirements for our local eating establishments, however when an issue arises we try to deal with them in the best possible manner.Our sincerest apologies,The Firehouse Restaurant

Review: On 6/30/2015, I had called to reserve a table for 4 at this establishment. We go every Tuesday for trivia at the bar. I called back 30 minutes later to add two seats to our reservation. The person that answered the phone said that was perfectly fine. We have people in our party that come from 30 minutes away. When I arrived, the table for us was a small table with only 4 chairs. When I complained, the waitress got extremely rude with me. When I politely complained that the rest of my party was already close, they brought two chairs and squeezed them around the table. It made it virtually impossible to be comfortable. So I decided not to order food to risk spilling (It happened once before and we were squeezed in and someone spilled drink in my food there). I ordered coffee and a coke. Two of the 6 six people in my group ordered dinner. The other two ordered beers. My father ordered coffee. One of the waitresses came over (not our waitress but another that regularly works there) and stated that if we were going to sit there that we all needed to order dinner. The room was packed and it embarrassed us. We looked around the room and not everyone was eating some were only drinking because was a "bar". I felt that they were extremely rude.....2 weeks prior we brought our families to this establishment and paid a 130 dollar dinner bill. To be singled out and ridiculed after our original reservations were not honored was not only disrespectful but it was unprofessional.[redacted]Desired Settlement: Their establishment has a history of bad customer service. I don't think an apology will be authentic, nor do I think my complaint will change their bad business practices. My only hope is that other consumers can see this review and avoid them in place of a better business. They should not be allowed to host team trivia anymore.
