This is definitely not worth ordering PERIOD, as, they will automatically send you monthly products & charge you an atrocious amount! I could NOT believe being charged $140 + $138 for a product that probably only cost about $10.00
***! My cost for 2 shipments ended costing me a total of about $460+, and there was nothing that I could do about it!
Like all these reviews I did not see a subscription notice when I signed up for a free trial. When the next month I received more of the product I phoned to cancel and discovered they had charged me $140 and $130 for the 2 products. I had only asked to trial *** not Peraglow which they sent and then billed me for. ***! I am giving this 1 star only because there is no lower rating on this site.
Nowhere in the receipt for the initial trial item, did it mention that this was a subscription ***. I've already started a file with *** for said transaction that has come out on my account to which I did NOT consent. I've emailed and tried calling peraglow at this time. I will continue to call. Once the transaction is posted to my account, I will be calling *** back to dispute the *** claim further.
. It offers a free trial, with no commitments and no hassles, but charges $6.90 to ship the product and then tries to bill additional amounts and make future shipments automatically, when you tell them you do not want anymore, they ask you to return the empty box and jar after the "free" trial is over but refuse to take responsibility for the shipping, when you tell them that your credit card company has been notified and will dispute future charges, they finally tell you that your account will be closed.
.***! I spoke with someone to cancel my order and it never happened and they claim they have no documentation on it. They pass the blame onto the other department.
I ordered the trial cream for a fee of under 5$ and the 14 free day trial starts the day it was shipped...when I called on my 14 th day I was told my account would be debited for 140.00 us as I was 2 days over their14 day calculation.....
Hello
*** this is a very bad company who send you cream after you order the 4.90 trial and they contiue to send you the cream even if you said no and they charge you 150 $ for it.
I have phoned them and waiting to get my money back but I had to pay for the return.
they take advantage of people without their consent.
cancelled my order and credit card was charged S&H if the cream arrives I am not paying to send it back.
When you try to return the sample bottle, *** states that there's no such address. I found the company back and they tell me *** is ***. *** company and people that you deal with.
. They offer you a 30 day "risk-free" sample for $1. Then end up adding another bottle of something you didn't want (along with an additional $7.50) to your order just by clicking "next" which is assumed to just bring you to the next page. Once you receive the "30 day" sample it comes with a card that tells you that you can actually only use the sample for 14 days and then have to return it (AT YOUR OWN COST) or be charged an additional $50/month as you have now signed up for a lifetime subscription of this cream. The customer service line is a third party *** as they are not even associated with the brand.
. The online offer I signed up for was for a trial size product at zero cost & a nominal shipping charge of $4.90. There was no reference whatsoever of a monthly subscription. Shortly after I placed the order, I received a call from someone trying to sell me other products. It was only during this interaction that I found out that they would be shipping me additional products every month at god only know what cost. If I chose to cancel the subscription, then I had to return the product at my cost or pay an exhorbitant fee. I canceled the order, requested they close the account immediately and requested they stop the shipment. They replied it was already in fulfillment & could not be cancelled. I would have to return the product at my cost to them. I stated I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com and only then did I get an agreement for a refund of the shipping I paid and I was advised to simply return the product to the post office when it arrived with a "return to sender" notification. The post office wouldn't accept it and I had to pay to have the product returned.
WILL BE BILLED THE 15TH DAY YOU RECEIVE IT. OVER 21O US DOLLARS FOR THOSE LITTLE BOTTLES THAT DO NOTHING FOR YOUR SKIN.
Orders #XXXXXX and #XXXXXX ordered March 26, 2019, paid $5.54 for shipping (Inc. "sales tax") Clicked online ad for free sample of peraglow. Paid small shipping charge. Received *** as well but didn't order it. For each I received a card in shipment that informed me I may keep it and do nothing or "If ***/*** does not work for you, call our customer care line at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX within your 14 day Risk-Free Trial period to cancel. You will then be issued an RMA number to return the remaining product and you will not be billed any additional amount or receive future shipments." I then contacted customer care and endured rote telemarketing while I tried to cancel and received 2 order and RMA numbers (I only ordered one item) and when I questioned this it was suggested I "accidentally clicked on both." The second order (***) did not appear in my email order confirmation nor was I charged for its shipping and they arrived in the same package. This is a waste of time, effort, and money. ***.
Please change your adverstising/marketing to be truthful and transparent so that you are not *** or tricking the public into buying your product because they didn't read the fine print or didn't have the time to figure it out!!
Customer Service reached out to the customer and explained the terms of the offer. The customer was issued a full refund. Please close the complaint.
