Perro's Auto Sales Reviews (4)

Very good service, they go out of their way to help you get into the right car for you. Both Stacy and Mike are very helpful and are very straight and fair with you. We are on our third car purchased from Perros and will continue to purchase from them whenever needed. Also Perros Auto body shop is very helpful also with this family run business it is nice to buy a car from a family instead of the BIG dealers of this country. Small businesses are what we need more of in this country.
Thank you to everyone in the Perro's business family.. See you soon!

We decided to check with [redacted] They were able to get us into a better vehicle for only slightly more money and had the loan approved and vehicle ready to pick up in 48 hours. We picked up the new vehicle over a month ago. Since then, we have made numerous attempts to retrieve our refundable deposit from Perro's, but have received an equal number of excuses every time. I was supposed to go in Saturday to get the first half, but was unable to make it. I decided to stop in yesterday to try and get the deposit, but [redacted] wasn't working. The finance department was unable to find any paperwork related to our application and we were not given a copy of it or a receipt at the time that we applied. The ladies in the office didn't seem to know what was going on, but were generally concerned for me. Then the owner who does not want to refund the money came over and demanded that I produce a receipt. I informed him that I didn't have one, but [redacted] can vouch that I did put the money down. The owner said that if I wanted the money that bad, I should have got a receipt. I told him that a reputable business should make good on promises based on the words of their associates. He responded with, "reputable people get receipts! Don't play me like that! If you want your money then get a receipt!"
