I have posted signs stating" private property , keep off" and no solicitors at my doors.along with a large signs again at my front doors "private property, no solicitors , post no flyers keep off" on both my duplex doors The SPD recomends tht residents do not allow trespasserson private property and never allow any inforamtion to be attached to front doors or to post offers on doors as it is a tell to burglars that the home owner may be away or gone or on a vacation. I have discussed this with [redacted] more than one time. the first tiem he gave me the firs shine on story, [redacted] said he would tak care of this problem and acted freindly towar me. That was a total shine on. He has been less than honest with me. He first said hew would see that this trespass woudl stop. after 6 more months of contiued trespass with more flyers left attached to my front doors on my private property and my continued phone call to ask [redacted] to stop trespassing or leaving flyer at my door [redacted] chaged his story, he gave me anothe story, [redacted] claimed (he had been lieing to me at first apparently ) he changed his excuse for the trespass to this version of his enablement, [redacted] claimed that he actually was unable to do anything about this as it was done by Domino's Corporate, and he did not know who was delivering the flyers .I wanted the personas name and mailing address to send him a certified letter warning to stay off my property. I called Dominor Corporate and emailed them. AI eastern Washington Corporte Representative indicated that [redacted] was less than honest. He hires or uses a person to deliver flyersan DOES KNOW WHO HE USES AND HAS CONTROL AND DIRECTION FO THE CONTRACTOR OR EMPLOYEE'S DUTY IN ACTING FOR HSI EMPLOYER WHICH IS FARI(BTW [redacted] REFUSES TO GIVE ME HIS FULL NAME ) to come on private property . He most recentsly continued this on 3-22-2014. I called his business at [redacted] and talked with a woman AND explaied that on or about 14juley 2009 the domino corporate Representative,[redacted] and myself came to a firm understanding that Dominos , any contractor or any person representing Domainos would honor THAT MEANS NOT DISREGARD my private proptery signs posted at my property perimeter and my doors and not post a flyer to my doors. I requested to talk to [redacted] and to have these flyer removed from my property ASAP, she claimed [redacted] was on a delivery and she could do ntohing( Irequested they come to my house .5 miles from their business a 1 minute drive and remove their flyers. This person was called two mroe times over a 5 hour period to follow up on why [redacted] had not called me seh was totally uncooperative give me false excuses . I drove to take a look at their business and took pictures forontwo occasions over about 3 hours of waiting for [redacted] to returen my call as hsi employee pretended he would do. For hours there were at least 4 and as many as 5 cars there with pizza signs with people availalbe to remove their trespass material.I then emailed a complaint to Domino's corporate. the next day a person from [redacted] busness called to say she did not know about the request to remeove unwanted flyers from my property, claimed that they had a systemto make sure any employeee or agent would not trespass, (SURE LOL) that is anothe excuse. Sadly, I am aware of this gentleman's complaint and I have dealt with it over half a decade. We did place a flyer on his door by mistake after 5 years. Since then I have personally apologized to him through an email and offered to pick up the flyer and buy him lunch for the inconvenience. I have given him all my personal information and contact information to him. Day after my email my manager has contacted him to follow up and again apologize and see if we can do anything to lessen the inconvenience of a flyer on his door.

I have a MBA and a MS in HRM from Gonzaga 3.9 GPA earned at the Fairchild Air Force Base Higher Education Center. I am a professional, with a top security government clearance.
Mr [redacted] needs to stop threatening me with his idea that he can trespass and when I go to his business make excuses for his behavior and give me a very unprofessional angry excuse stating he allows trespassing.
