This is the worst internal medicine practice I have ever dealt with there office has more than doctors and you still don't get the patient care you deserve my father has been a patient in that practice his primary care doctor is Dr *** *** weeks ago unfortunately my dad had a heart attack and was taken by ambulance to jfk I know they are not on staff but that is no excuse for the on call doctor who ever was covering that day not to return my phone calls after frantically calling times the morning he was admitted I am absolutely disgusted with the fact that I waited all day for a phone call and no doctor ever returned my phone call it would have eliminated a lot of issues I had with the doctors in the hospital had one of the physicians from ppc take time out of there busy schedule whether it was on a Sunday or during the week it doesn't matter someone should have called me back on Monday morning I called and spoke to the office manager who was very rude and unprofessional didn't seem to care when I told her what happened all she could say was I will put it on my desk to investigate but it's not a priority to me that is patient negligence and abuse on Tuesday morning my father calls the office and left a message for Dr *** to call him and she never did so because my dad isn't one of her VIP patients she felt the need not to call him back this office is disgusting dr *** should be ashamed of the practice he runs its a money factory and no one in that office will ever neglect a family member of mine again so I immediately took him out of that horrible practice and got him in with a new doctor who even knows if they ever got the message about my dads condition they should be embarrassed and ashamed I would never ever recommend anyone to go to that facility it's not even a family practice it's a factoryweeks later no one has yet to call to apologize or call my dad to ask how he was doing
