Do not send item to this address if you sold something in ebay. This is a third party shopper that ships items overseas for people that don't want to pay custom fees. Why wouldn't they just go through Ebay global shipping or ask to have it mailed directly. So many things can go wrong when shipping overseas and you will be held liable. Look on your PayPal for payment fees, if they take more then 3.5% it is an international paypal account. I learned this the hard way. I will be cancelling all transactions from international paypal accounts from now on.
PESOTO is just a low cost delivery system from USA to other countries. I'm using it for 6 years to buy from amazon, since amazon do not deliver to my country. There's nothing illegal about their business. A hacker might use their delivery system to buy some goods from USA, but the PESOTO is not involved into that. They do the same what DHL would have done - moving a parcel from the point A to the point B. If you think that the buyer used a stolen card to pay, you surely can ask PESOTO to stop the delivery.
This is a mail forwarding company with many users in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia. Users of this service still pay customs fees but their shipping rates are much smaller than regular mail and is way more reliable too. Besides, many Ebay sellers dont ship internationally. And as an US seller shipping to US only you have international bidders that usually bid higher. Yes, scammers try to use this service too, but scammers will always try to use someone e else's address. That doesn't make this company a scam and so on.

This company is more prefferable because by it mail arrives safer and quicker.
Ebay global mail transfers mail to local state postal service and in our country its sevice quality is very poor. Often items are destroyed in mailboxes or something else.
Also Pesoto service is very lowcost comparative to Fedex or Ups.
One more moment - some stores from US doesn't ship international. Pesoto is a possibility to buy there.
About custom fees - through Pesoto we also pay all custom fees as it need. The main problem is a worst work of a local state mail service.

Russian named individual hacked my Sam's Club account and used rewards cash to purchase $150 Apple Airbuds and shipped them to Pesoto LLC UA29870 in Welmington DE.
It's clear this is a shell company for illegal activities. Why haven't they been shut down?
This address was used to hack my Nordstrom card this morning.

They changed the shipping address and charged up to one dollar of the credit on my account. I caught this quickly and Nordstrom cancelled the order.
I send hundreds of parcels to this address and never had any problems.
Scammers use dollars but that does not mean that everyone who uses the money is a scammer too, is not it?
You need to check customer feedback before sending items.
I had a suspicious purchase a few weeks back to an similar type of address, so I called Paypal and asked if this address is the same as the original address on the Paypal account. She checked it out and said that the buyer is the original account holder and that I should ship the item. So I did. So far, all is well. I did record the Paypal conversation just in case.
I had an order fraudulently made and shipped to this business. I was able to cancel the order. However there is no contact info that leads you directly to this business. The person who stole my information made a purchase with a gift card that was mine. I have tried to email the business and call the business to verify they have the this employee working there but I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone or emails. I read the other complaint and I think there is something fraudulent here. I have documentation if you need it.

I live in Ukraine and I use Pesoto LLC to ship items which I buy from amazon ebay etc to Ukraine.Normally delivery of the notebook from USA to Ukraine cost about 100$ and with Pesoto price about 25$ thats why we use it.Pesoto isnt scam company this is just hackers use this adress for own crime profit !

Whenever we get orders from this address we almost always cancel the order due to fraud we have experienced at this address.

Just hacked my Ebay account. Luckily one of the sellers was suspicious and alerted me. He tried to by from three different sellers and ship to this place. Ebay should block shipments to this address.

Same thing happen to me who ever this is hacked my e bay account and ordered 3 items a RC motor a plug in wireless internet and a cell phone. Thank god I caught it and alerted e bay

These people are complete scammers and the authorities need to be involved. If you've been scammed by these lowlives, call the Delaware State Police (Troop 2) - (302) 834-2620. The more people they have contacting them about this, the more likely they'll do something about it. These guys hacked my friends accounts on ebay and amazon with packages delivered to 308 Conor Blvd. I am trying to get police involved but unable to determine who is applicable local law enforcement. Bear doesn't appear to have a police department. Sheriff? State troopers?

PEOPLE...308 and 400 Conor Blvd in Bear, DE are both scammers. They operate under Pesoto LLC but 308 is registered as National Restoration & Facility and 400 is D&M Electronics. Both store fronts are having items shipped to their addresses c/o Pesoto LLC via hacked ebay, amazon, Costco, walmart accounts...and many others. They also hack PayPal and email accounts. You need to call the Delaware State Police (Troop 2) at 302-834-2620 and also file a police report with your local police department since these are online crimes. People need to file the reports so cases can be opened to shut these scumballs down. Don't leave it to someone else and chances are good you may be able to recoup some of your money. Some of the names involved include our friend here Peter Minkof, Denis Manhytsky, Otari Ivoria and Anna Tryhybenko.
