Lisa R [redacted] AttachmentsSep (day ago)to me In regards to the additional response received today in reference to complaint [redacted] , the pictures clearly show that we went to Ms [redacted] 's home and replanted the grass that was ran over by our truck From a landscaping standpoint, there is nothing more that can be done We have taken every necessary measure to repair the lawn, but again cannot control the growth of new grass It does appear that the complainant's entire lawn is in very bad shape, so perhaps the new growth is taking longer than usual as a result of a more serious underlying problem with her entire lawnI do not know what she is referring to when mentioning the gas company as her response is somewhat unintelligible with its lack of punctuation and fragmented sentences We have done our very best to rectify this situation, as we always do However, she will have to wait patiently for the seedlings to grow Her name calling is unjust and further shows her irrationality in this matter
