The manager Christina B[redacted], advised the consumer was in the establishment as indicated and left a bag behind that contained a 40 oz. of beer and a bag of pork rinds. There was communication between the...

business and the consumer and the bag left behind was secured. The consumer was suppose to collect the items before the establishment closed for the day. She failed to do so. The owner could not be responsible after the close of business as the establishment does not have a liquor license and could not be subjected to a fine for the items by the health department forcing the business to discard the items.
Ms. B[redacted] addressed the quality of the food as a bit substandard as the establishment has hired a new cook that is in training. She apologized if the quality of the food did not meet the consumers standards.

I have never felt discriminated against, except this time and in front of my kids. We went there last Saturday for dinner, after a long day in the mall, with my friends and our kids and asked for a table of nine (3 adults and 6 kids) and informed them (the 3 receptionist) they can seat us separately. They looked at us and then laughed and informed us to wait for 45mins to an hour and a half. [Seriously? Really?!] and then here comes a party of 5 (with 3 kids) and they accommodated them right away. Just blew everything away. I used to frequent the restaurant before when I used to work nearby and never experienced such. I don't know if it was because we're Asians or with the kids but the laughed and the looked in their faces was beyond compared.

Considering that you continue to claim they are sent out, I would like a tracking number to verify this claim.

My wife and I visited for our 5th wedding anniversary, and were given top-notch treatment from the very first "hello" at the door to the final "have a great evening". Simply out, our experience was faultless.
The person most responsible for our experience was our server, [redacted]. She did an outstanding job making us feel special, and took the time to make eye contact while speaking, confidently answered our questions and was pro-active when she realized that I had a gluten intolerance.
[redacted] was so good, in-fact, that I ask for the "highest ranking person in the restaurant", a little surprised, she later brought [redacted] to our table to see what he could do for us. Turns out nothing, however, my wife and I both felt it very important to make sure someone knew what a tremendous job [redacted] did, and what a fantastic employee she is. I also took the time to let [redacted] know that I work in a corporate roll for a large local Automotive Group, and that if I had a position open, I would have hired [redacted] on the spot.
I wanted to ensure that if she has aspirations, that someone knew from a consumer's and corporate manager's point of view, that she should be trained and nurtured. A+
