Collection on my credit report for a gym membership that I cancelled Had a collection put on my credit for a gym membership that I cancelled at Ladies First gym in the amount of I cancelled in March of and the gym continued to charge me and then handed over to collection agencyI do not have a past due balance as the gym was paid monthlyThe company never stopped charging me even though they gave me confirmation of cancellationI noticed the collection a few years later when I checked my credit report but by that time could not brandish proof of the cancellation
The collection agency has re-aged this account according to the original creditor’s date of first delinquency and have re-added this negative information to my report after it was previously removedWhich is a direct violation of the FDCPA and FCRAI have a signed contract or any other type of contract with this company and I have never done business with HP Sears
As of 06/30/HP Sears no longer has a valid license in Nevada to collect on debts per the Nevada government website "https://fid.online.nv.gov"

Action Urgent Care submitted a late payment to a collection agency (*** * *** Co Inc)Despite paying the bill directly with Action Urgent Care, they failed to notify the collection agencyWhen I was attempting to apply for a mortgage, I noticed a filing on the credit report from *** * ***I paid the fee (again) directly to themAfter recontacting *** * *** and attempting to explain to them their mistake, they refused to take any corrective action and referred me to my bank and Action Urgent CareThis is grossly negligent and unethical behavior
Agreement to pay my bill made on 3/3/2017, I called 3/6/and changed this agreement to charge my checking account 4/17/instead I was assured several times that next payment would be 4/17/not 4/3/ I continued to get emails next payment will be 4/3/and I called multiple times complaining need to make the Bank to cancel future with drawlsthe payment 4/17/was assured by Anthony, it will be taken out 4/17/not 4/3/do not worry 4/3/$taken out of my account Not getting anywhere with them was told 4/3/would receive a phone call from a Supervisor and 4/4/still no one has refunded the amount and no phone call to correct this issue I will need to Cancel the arrangement I offered to pay more at $switch payment date to 4/17/to pay this off sooner and still not corrected Anthony who I spoke to before is out of the office and no one can seem to make the proper correction
HP Sears added collection to my credit report without my knowledge. I have never received any written correspondence from this company at all HP Sears reported this collection to Experian for the amount of $Opened on 03/01/This misrepresentation is being reflected on my credit report and i'm being deeply affected by thisI have no knowledge of where this comes from, this is not my accountI have not received any written correspondence from the original creditor or this companyHP Sears put a collection on my credit reports without my knowledge and in doing so, violated the FDCPA Collection Practice by placing a collection on my credit report without sending a letter to me
HP Sears cancelled a collection account in favor of me after my submission of documented evidence in order to dispute the accountSo I firmly believe that HP Sears is a very fair and unbiased collection agency based on my experience how they handled my case
I received a voicemail from this company saying that I owed money to an unspecified company for an unspecified amount and was told to contact them to resolve paymentI called and told them I had no idea what the bill would be for and they asked for my namePretty much the instant I finished saying my name they said that it was a wrong numberConfused, I asked for clarificationThe woman then said that they had the wrong number and apologizedNot wanting to waste any more time and worry I said thank you and hung upThis must be a very poorly run company to cause people a lot of unnecessary stress by making claims and not catching and fixing their mistakes, OR they are scammers trying to get recordings of people saying their names for purposes of identity theft or fraud (which is why I'm still worried even after the issue appears to be resolved)Either way they really need to clean up their act
