I writing back to you in response to a complaint that I received from your office in regards to [redacted] Ms [redacted] initially signed up for a PWLC program directly with our location in early MarchWithin the grace period she elected to back out of the program and her fees were refunded less the cost of the lab work that was performedLater in the month [redacted] elected to purchase a coupon for a PWLC program from a third party and would like again to be refunded for her program feesUnfortunately we are not capable of forcing the third party to refund the costs of the programI first heard of [redacted] issues on 4/5/and sent an email outlining possible remedies later that eveningWe have yet to hear a response from Ms [redacted] but we anticipate coming to a solution that will make her happy.Below is a copy of the email that I sent to my manager with our response to her complaint From my understanding this email was forwarded on to [redacted] on 4/6/Let me know what the next step I need to make with the Revdex.com This is the first complaint I have ever received from the Revdex.com and I'm not sure what steps I need to take on my part.Sincerely,***

When I began their weight loss program informed them that I have a severe soybean allergy They assured me that let’s try the food and if there were any issue they would refun So I was foulish and paid in fullThis program was for weighing in services and fat reduction procedures I tried the program and became ill from the food, I made them aware of this and to no avail have I received any refund I had to give away what food I purchased and tried to recover even a portion of my payment The offer to have me restart their program but I can’t eat their food which is a requirement, according to their specifications to be successful on their plan I was scammed and they have been unwilling to to give any type of refund I agree that I should pay something for the few visits I had with them but not $
