Iam very sorry about his shirt but the next day when I came in the shirt was in the first loan of shirts of the shirt girl was getting ready to put it on the machine she said look at this something bled on this shirt we put it aside and when the girl that waited on him the night before came in in asked her what happened to the shirt she said it was like that when he brought it in .that day we did shirts I checked if any of the other shirts had it on them and they did not it is impossible to do shirts and only shirt bled I did offer to redue it because we have loose dye remover that might take that out but that did not mean I was taking responsibility and paying him for the shirt but I would like to help him .I am sorry but I have been doing this for years and people always want to blame it on dry cleaningif I did think we did it I would have corrected the problem before it went out my doors
