Today we contacted Pipetech Plumbing because the drain to the washing machine was backing upTheir response was almost immediateService Technician Shane Hooper was on our door step within an hourShane was very professional, kind and very courteousHe did the diagnostics and discovered the drain needed the Hydro Jet treatment to clear the lineHe will be back tomorrow to do this process and I'm sure have us doing laundry very soonShane is a pleasure to do business with & I would ask for him for my future plumbing needs

I was extremely impressed with the service, efficiency and care given by Pipetech...I dealt with Shane H and his supervisor, Tim M [redacted] They were courteous and carefully explained the procedures while trying their best to give me fair value for my moneyThe owner has a service contract with them which gave her a generous discount, which will save a lot of money doing the more intense workI got an estimate from another company, and this was by far the better dealTwo thumbs up!

I had a pipe burst mid-day on a SundayA team was sent out to my house quickly, and after briefly studying the problem, Shane H addressed it efficientlyDespite being called out on weekday, he was in a great mood and made sure I felt confident with everything he didShane walked me step by step through his process as well as recommendations to prevent similar problems in the futureI would highly recommend them and would be happy to have them back in the future should any other problems arise

I called Pipetech, because I kept hearing running water in the tank of my toilet JR R [redacted] is the Tech that was dispatched to my home JR was so polite from the time he knocked on my door and to completion of the services he did for me He fixed the problem in the tank of my toilet, tightened the toilet seat that had gotten loose from years of use, and he did the most thorough preventive maintenance check of all the plumbing in my home I asked him about replacing the faucet in my laundry room and he did the job most professionally JR is all about CUSTOMER SERVICE & I appreciated his kindness and honestyI recommend him highly for plumbing services, because he takes PRIDE in his work and services

Shane H***, a technician from Pipetech was here today to do a maintenance check on our plumbing, hot water heater, RO system, and to check the valves and p-traps for leaks, etc He was very pleasant, efficient, and professional as he completed each task He also gave us the best price he could for the service he performed Great job Shane! I had a particularly good experience dealing with JR recently taking care of my plumbing problems He is a definite asset to the company--very likable, knowledgeable, cheerful, and hard-working! He encountered a broken seat when installing my new toilet and reported the need for a replacement on the receipt; however, Laurie, at the office, apparently dropped the ball and did not order the replacement nor the timely reinstallation and I was thus dealing with a broken seat until I finally called to check on the status and found it was not even in the works After days, however, JR came back and finished the job in his usual good-natured way! I shall ask for him, personally, should I have need of another service from Pipetech

I am writing this review to echo all of the previous positive reviews Nowadays it is hard to find reliable, professional and honest contractors If you are looking for that kind of plumber (or even AC Tech) this is the company Sure there are some bad apples but they will be redressed and the company will make everything right Ask for Tom, the General Manager I have had a maintenance agreement with Precision Air to take care of my AC and my plumbing since the business got started This year the plumbing side was split out and is now called PipeTech JR was the first plumber that took care of our plumbing needs through PipeTEch He came out about a year ago to repair some leaky faucets and a damaged water heater pan He was very professional in every way He came out again to do our annual maintenance check and service Wow! I was astonished at the complete list of annual service items that he took care of He was polite, considerate of my home by wearing shoe covers and gloves, he had the tools and parts on his truck and was qualified to perform everything required on the list I strongly endorse PipeTech, their plumber JR and their sister company Precision Air Call them now for the maintenance agreement and be assured that your plumbing and AC are in good hands

appalled is an understatement $to put on a customer supplied tub filler - $per quarter turn angle stop just two examples
while the owner Eric's explanation was "I've been in this business for over thirty year and have the right to charge what I want"Everyone has rights Eric but that right does not extend to theft - charges of that nature are not usual and customary but dishonest
Many people are unaware of what actual cost are and really what should be acceptable charges
Business need to charge to pay employees - business related expenses - materials and have some mark up to make profit what should profit be?
NOT a lobster dinner every night
Be very careful when considering to hire this company - although we did not I could not in good conscience not speak to my honest and true experience with them

I had a toilet that kept running & had to jerry rig it until tech came as I couldn't turn the water offI think my techs name is Maccus or Marcus...couldn't read it wellBut Pipetech is always responisve immediatelyMy tech today was very informative & showed me what was wrong & how the fixed it

Pipetech repaired a cracked drain line from in my homeThere was alot of going up and down the stairs to repair but the Shane did it with a smile Reasonable price too!

Technician Richie did very nice job with plumbing maintenance service call Made sure all drains were clear, checked angle stops and flushed water heater Advise replacing water heater in future due to some indications of rust and provided quote Also gave good advice on how to finish chalking job

Recently, we contacted Pipetech after all of the plumbing in our home revolted We had always experienced some backing up of water in the kitchen sink when we ran the washing machine, but we were told that narrower pipes were used back in when our place was built, so we accepted the fact that we would always have the problem Occasionally, we relied on Drano and Liquid-Plumr to manage it, and called a rooter service every few years for a good snaking of the pipes But the problem persisted, and eventually became worse, especially when we had visitors for any length of time Recently, we had company who stayed with us for a week, which meant more showers, and more toilet, laundry and dishwasher use One morning while our company was here, we all started getting ready for a day-trip, so both showers were going and toilets were being flushed We were horrified when we suddenly had bubbling toilets that could be heard throughout the house along with backed up sinks and sewage in our bathtub and shower It was so disgusting, not to mention embarrassing We immediately got online and looked for a plumbing outfit that looked reputable and professional because we knew we needed more help than any rooter service could provide We decided to call Pipetech, and JR immediately responded It took some time to determine the source of the problem, but JR discovered that a snake previously used by another company had broken off and lodged in a pipe under our guest bedroom JR advised that there was a possibility we would have to jackhammer the bedroom floor to replace the pipe The thought of the mess it would create and the cost of such an undertaking was daunting JR informed us that the offending pipe was several feet from the edge of the house, and suggested that if he could dig down about 4-feet outside the guestroom behind our front bushes and then under the guestroom a few feet, he might be able to locate the pipe He spent several days digging (between other emergency calls), and finally located it But JR could not guarantee that he could extricate the snake and replace the pipe because of the distance he had to work from It was so hot out and he wore his long-sleeved uniform throughout the whole ordeal We made sure he was always hydrated, but worried about him constantly We prayed he would be able to resolve the problem, but not at the expense of his health, so we began to resign ourselves to the fact that we would have to jackhammer the guestroom floor On the third day, his boss accompanied him, and together they made one final effort to extricate the snake Suddenly, from inside the house, we heard loud cheering and laughter and ran outside to find they had succeeded in their mission Their perseverance and hard work paid off, and we are eternally grateful to JR and Pipetech Throughout the process, we also learned we had no washouts, so JR installed washouts to assist with any future problems, which we pray to God we never have Thank you, JR and Pipetech We would recommend anyone with plumbing needs to call Pipetech, and be sure to ask for JR!
