First off I was treated as if I wasn’t speaking when I tried to talk to the woman like I used to (didn’t recognize anyone either) and if I had gotten a response I was either told no I couldn’t get what I wanted or I was just ignored and then they would all speak to one another in their language and laugh even point one time while doing it I felt like I was being mocked and talked about! Towards the end I watched as one employee chased down a teenage girl out in parking lot for not tipping enough?!?! The girl came back in apologizing and trying to explain that she left $10 for $32 service and assumed it be split between them just to be told that was “cheap” OMG WHAT?!?! then my turn to pay not only did I never receive the change from paying for my services but when I asked for change of a 20 to tips each girl I stood there waiting and when I realized I was getting it I apparently was rude for asking and told that I had to tip and that’s why no money was returned! Again WHAT?!? I’m sorry but $28 on $42 of service is insane! Not to mention I am a bartender who lives off tips so I am not cheap but expect to be able to decide how much I want to tip which girl myself! I expected to tip the one girl who did my nails $10 which was extremely generous considering my dipped nails are lumpy uneven and even have two completely crooked! And the girl who did my brows I was gonna give $5 which that alone was almost as much as the service itself! So I’m sorry idk what happened but I am so sad and will not be back! I miss Kim! Idk if she’s still there or just wasn’t that day but I can’t see how that was even thought of as acceptable not to mention the service itself was half assed and rushed. I’m sorry Kim if you are still there bc you were always amazing and if you’re not that would explain a lot and I’m said to tell you what you build is being destroyed by greedy lazy employees who are obviously only there for the tips and not the relationships with the clients like they used to be! Either way it’s too far of a drive to hate my nails and top it off be treated like that!
September 13, 2016To Whom It May Concern:I am in receipt of your letter regarding a complaint filed by [redacted] .I am the owner/proprietor of this salon, and have been so for the last yearsWe just celebrated our year anniversary, and celebrated with food and soft drinks for all customers who entered the salon that weekI appreciate the business I have built, and wanted to give back to my clientsThat is how I run my shop.I have been in this business for many years, including in the state of Delaware, prior to moving to Delaware County, and opening my shop in Springfield, PaI take a lot of pride in the business I run, and have never had a single complaint from a customerThe majority of the customers that come to my shop have been clients of mine for the years I have been hereThankfully, my business continues to grow.I question why [redacted] continued to come back to my shop so many times if she was unhappy with the services she received? She has actually been to my shop approximately or times, not the times she saysEach time she came in, she asked for the same service; dip powderI was always the one to do her nails for herWe would always talk when she was in my seatNever at any time, did she express a dissatisfaction in the services she receivedShe also got a pedicure one time when she was in my shop

I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,
*** *** As she stated in her response I have been into her shop on about or different occasionsIt was also an occasion for a pedicure, onceBrought a cousin that day and she also got a pedicureWe did have conversations, at times a little to noseyNever the less, as mention before in an effort to deal with the service that was provided, I tried to do it tactfullyOn one occasion was dissatisfied with using another tech because she was on vacationThat tech told me that day, If I didn't like the work then next time wait until Kim returnsI told her, I will wait until Kim comes back but today I'm sitting with you and I'm asking you to fix itShe really didn't know how to do the process and wouldn't tell meStart doing it, take my money and talk trash behind itThis process with Nail spas is a racketThey treat some well and kicks some out the door after they get your moneyAgain, my husband asked her on a couple of trips there, we'll can't you fix itShe always say next timeShe got to say that and on the third occasion, I decided to write a complaint, three times of being dissatisfied is enough for anybodyYou never fixed it, so refund my money$My husband didn't say he was dissatisfied with his manicures and that was another customer I brought to her door. Again, as mentioned before I don't appreciate spending my money with you and when something is not to my satisfaction, you continue to tell me I will fix it the next timeI have witness to both occasions and people that I brought in with me to also patronize her establishmentHow long you've been in business has nothing to do with taking people money and again they see what you are doing and trying not to be irate about itSo again the last three times is what I am complaining about because the last three times is when you did it, which is why I feel like you owe money backIf I would have argued about this same process then that wouldn't been very diplomatic
