I found out that I am pregnant and the earliest doctors appointment I could get was august 17th. This company will not let me cancel my account.
I am trying to cancel my account for health reasons and they refuse to cancel the account unless I pay $58. I did I was not paying $58 because the reason I am cancelling is beyond my control. I called the corporate office and they did not seem interested in helping me either. I can't physically go there for health reasons and I refuse to pay for a service I can't use.
I want the account cancelled and the $58 fee waived since the reason I am cancelling is beyond my control.
At this time we have cancelled the member's membership without the expectation of any payment. We strive to make the cancellation process as easy as possible and take all scenarios into consideration. We hope to have her return as soon as she is able.
