He is a liar. He said he fixed my vacuum. He did not. I took it home and it barely worked. I took it back in. He said that I had clogged it! That it didn't work because I had broken it after he supposedly fixed it. How can I clog a vacuum that doesn't work? Unbelievable. He said he would charge me to "fix" it again. I just had him "fix" it.
In addition it took him over a month to fix it. I called repeatedly and no answer. Came by once, he was closed. He broke his arm during this time. Which is the only excuse I could give him for his lack of service.
On a side note, he was supposed to fix and also clean it. A yearly clean. When I got it home, the smell of dog was as bad as when I dropped it off. Did he even clean it? Probably not.
To validate my complaint. I took it to another repair shop. They did fix it. They said that nothing had been done to it that they could see. The parts that he said he replaced had not been replaced. How does he get away with this?
