Platinum VIP Credit Repair

I was looking online for a company that could help me fix my identity theft issue and I came upon Platinum Vip Credit I saw they had a few complaints but I gave them a try anyways as all the other company's didn't pick up the phone or call me back. I explain the issue to them that I was having and right away we went over my report and they told me the things I would need to do in order to remove my identity theft. After about a month I started getting letters in the mail from the company's that I was fighting for my identity theft issue. I can now say that all the accounts that were open fraud have been removed from my credit report thanks to Platinum Vip Credit. They did what they were suppose to.

Review: I have contracted with this company for credit repair on June 6 2014. Today is April 13 2015, nothing has been done to fix my credit. Not even a single negative item has been removed from my Credit File.This company has collected money from me upfront in the amount of $650 Via [redacted] for credit repair, which is in violation of law, unbeknown-st to me at the time I first contracted with this company.After numerous attempts to contact Mr [redacted], he has not fixed my credit or refunded my money.Desired Settlement: Refund of my money, and stop practicing in violation of law.

Review: I paid Platinum Vip to take care of an issue on my credit report. I looked on my report and seen that it was still on there so I called and a guy name [redacted] Sent me a letter from the creditor. I called they say that the letter was a fake and my account was not taken care of.Desired Settlement: I want what I paid for for the service back.

I'm sorry the collection company has told you that but what we got from the company is the letter we sent to you and if you called the collection company they are going to tell you all type of false information but we will refund you all the money that you have paid us and we will send that check out today to you thank you

Platinum via has not sent my refund I have contacted them but they have not responded
