J & J Contracting LLC provided me excellent service with a water damage concern to my condo unit in Jan/Feb They repaired and replaced drywall, flooring, molding and carpetBesides that *** was very helpful in getting my unit back to normalcy with matching the paint on the walls and choosing the new carpet

J&J Contracting did an outstanding job in repairing the water damage from a leaky hot water heater in the first floor bedroom, bathroom, utility room and garage This was our first water damage loss and *** was very patient with all of my questions He was professional and his description of the work to be done was spot on and the job was completed in only days His team was amazing! They were also very professional and friendly and had laser-focus on the job at hand The tradesmen were very skilled and their finished product looked better than it did before the water damageI am completely satisfied with the workmanship of his team and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a skilled, competent and efficient general contractor I will definitely use J & J Contracting as my general contractor for all future projects

I had a water heater that broke which flooded my condo and caused major damage. The first company I called out for emergency repair was very unprofessional and did not keep me updated or communicate with my tenant. After they completed their tear down I decided to change companies to repair the unit. I contacted J & J Contracting and spoke to Javier. He assured me they would get right on it. They kept me updated on the work schedule and answered all my questions. I received a call from my tenant informing me that she was very impressed with their work and professional manner. They repaired my unit to exactly what the insurance appraiser said it would be. They were no hidden charges and they completed the work in a timely manner. J&J Contracting did restoration at our home recently. They completed the work about a week ago. Javier and Juan were very professional and personable. They and their crew were dependable and on-time. The sheet rock, spackle and painting work was exceptional. I can't tell the difference between the new work and the 11 year old original walls. It matched and blended beautifully. I have to say they exceeded our expectations.
