Good day ...just spent the whole entire afternoon at the festival market mall.While shopping I came across a very versatile jewelry store named Plus platinum jewelry .The pieces of jewelry displayed were exquisite I was taken back because I never expected to purchase my engagement ring at a fleamarket.The owner *** was so helpful in his choices of pcs that he showed to me it was like he understood my exact style ..his staff was also very helpful
december I went to the flea market with my relatives from the caribbean looking for a diamond necklace,after 21/hrs of looking for a diamond necklace for my cousin we ended up in plus platinum jewelry.Not only was the quality of the jewelry the best/but the service given was most delightful,Mr*** made us feel very comfortable
we bought a necklace and hope to do more business in the future

I purchased an 18K gold with diamonds bracelet from Plus Platinum Jewlry. I asked them to add a link to make it longer. Instead of adding a link, the owner's mother, [redacted], added 2 small 14K gold links that ruined the entire bracelet. She insisted that I purchased the bracelet like that and that was not true. Another jeweler tested the links and they were 14K gold and they were very small, not matching the bracelet.
Finally, her son the owner, had a link duplicated in 18K. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE. They are not trust worthy. I am going to report them to the Festival Flea Mkt. I hope nobody will make a purchase from this company. They have 3 booths.
When I visited the Festival Flea Market Mall for the Car Show for the very first time, I then walked inside the mall and saw the most exquisite pieces of fine jewelry that I've ever seen in my entire life. Especially when I saw the collection of pre-owned Rolexs, and as I browsed with my wife I decided to buy her a President Rolex as an anniversary present. Also, they did a repair for us as we wait. Overall, we were very happy with this great family operated Jewelry store and we were also very pleased with the service and our purchase. Thank You Ben.
