My wife and I just got married this past Saturday and PMG was our event plannersI could not have asked for a more beautiful weddingEverything was perfectAll of our guests couldn't believe how amazing everything looked, Ed was our wedding planner and he was very responsive to our needs and professionalNext time I need an event planner, I will definitely will be using them and will highly, highly recommend them to anyone for any event! Great job guys and thank you so much!

We booked Ed for our wedding planning when we had absolutely no intentions of hiring oneWe thought that we had everything handled - until we sat and met with Ed and his wife BarbAt that point, we knew that we needed to book PMG to make our event the way we envisionedFrom the start, Ed was on the same page that I was and was constantly working to make sure that he was perfecting each detail to what we were looking forMy family is the epitome of a loud and opinionated Italian family and Ed sat down and met with us each time and was able to wrangle all of them into agreementWe booked the all-inclusive package with Ed which was the best money we spent on our weddingThis package included details that we probably would have forgotten aboutMy biggest shining star to Ed was the invites that he designed for meI had it in my head that I wanted a boxed invitation, and not just any boxed invitation, a boxed invite with a hidden chocolate drawer Ed managed to pull this off and keep with my Gatsby themeEvery element of decor that I asked him for, he pulled offWe met constantly throughout the process and he made sure that we stayed on a strict timelineThe only bumps we experienced were due to other vendors (such as a late delivery from the box vendor) but Ed still made sure we got through on time My decor was beyond perfectWhen we walked into the reception venue, my husband and my parent were absolutely blown awayEd nailed every detail that we talked about, from the specialty linens, to the ostrich feather and crystal centerpieces, not a piece of decor was missed In addition to the planning, his wife Barb did all our florals, which were simply stunningMy cascade bouquet was more than I could have hoped for and the flowers tied in perfectly with the centerpieces She also custom made flower *** for the pews at the church They didn't leave one detail untouched - including my last minute request for hand-dipped chocolate covered apples for guests wrapped and tied with black and ribbon to keep with our themeIf I could post photos, you would see why Ed and the PMG team are the best at what they doI highly recommend you give Ed and Barb a call to pull together your dream wedding

We hired Ed Ridenbaugh as our wedding plannerThroughout the process he was full of lies, excuses and half-assed workThe day before our wedding he informed my, now, mother-in-law that he didn’t have a guest book, champagne flutes and other items that he had agreed to provide Therefore she had to go out and find whatever she could to make it workHe canceled numerous appointments for, sometimes, reasons that ended up being untrue and sometimes wouldn’t return our calls for at least a weekWhen we arrived at our reception, we imidiately noticed numerous things that were wrong or missingThere was very little greenery on the tables, against our request, the center pieces were all black even though we told him we wanted them painted goldSome even had price tags still on them as if he remembered them last minuteOur personal table was very bare, just the glasses and plates, no flowers or greeneryOur wedding cake was supposed to be decorated by him, but it was bareJust the topper which we provided ourselvesHe showed up later in the night to our reception, and his work was so bad that the owner of the venue had told him to leave due to how upset my wife, myself, and our families were with his workHe was supposed to reimburse us for the postage that we paid for mail in our shower and wedding invites because he messed up and used the wrong list which meant some people were sent invites that weren’t supposed toWe never received any sort of refundWe were supposed to sign off on the final details for our wedding day, and we never didWe barely saw a preview of the decorations before our wedding because he always said they were in the process of being deliveredHe constantly said “don’t worry, trust me it’ll be beautiful” and it was nothing closeIn our last meeting he had said that if we were unhappy with the results he would write us a check for a refundWe haven’t received that refund either It truly broke my heart to see my wife’s face when she realized everything that was wrongPlease, I beg you, look elsewhere for a wedding planner

PMG Chocolatier and Events did not follow through with their duties as a contract** wedding plannerA contract execut** on 8-19-between myself *** *** and ** *** *** *** *** was not followed** *** was not present during the ceremony nor was he for the duration of the receptionFurthermore no one from PMG Chocolatier and Events was present for the ceremony and receptionThis violates the contract between both partiesI have a copy of the contract I would be willing to share
We were also double charged for Chiavari chairsThis is very sketchyWe had paid ** in 20*for Chiavari chairs to the amount of $*,*** that ran through another chocolate companyThe Friday before the wedding (9/14/18) he used our credit card information (not authorized by the card holderme) to pay another company for the Chiavari chairs

PMG Chocolatier made our wedding dreams come trueEvery detail was handled professionally, timely, and with careEd and his staff made everything smooth, and allowed my husband and I to enjoy our day from beginning to endThe fresh flowers were gorgeous and arranged beautifullyThe venue was decorated top to bottom with beautiful linens and centerpiecesThe day was lovely, and Ed and his staff made sure of itI highly recommend PMG Chocolatier to anyone who is getting married in the future
