Poor quality of Toon Tumblers glassesTo Whom It May Concern,The paint peels on these glasses after washing them. I did not soak them, simply washed them in the sink under water and after a few times of doing this, the paint peeled. These glasses are not cheap and I bought them expecting better quality for the price. I am very disappointed in this purchase and am considering not buying these ever again, and recommending others not too either. It is too late to return them due to the paint peeling now, unfortunately. I sent an initial e-mail to their Customer Service on 4/13 and have yet to get a response.Sincerely,[redacted]Desired SettlementI want a refund on these items so I can purchase something else, since the quality is so poor. Due to the length of time and efforts to get this issue resolved, I want a substantial refund.Business Response Customer was offered a replacement on both items even though he has acknowledged they are 8-20 months old.
