Our system isn't showing any emails from the customer's email ([redacted]) so it's possible that they emailed [redacted] which is no longer in service for incoming emails as we have implemented a help center on our website for all issues that need resolved. I am rejecting this response because: I was sold as genuine and have confirmation from retailer they were genuine.  I am a victim in this.  The photo has already been removed.  So I do not know what other demands are in the cease and desist which I have not received.
