To Whom It May Concern,This letter is written in response to the letter we received regarding a complaint from a previous clientWe have reviewed the error on our end and on September 26th the listing was cancelled, as requestedThe data was updated on RMLS on September 26th (the day of cancellation), however, there was an error with KWLS (Keller Williams Listing Systems) that resulted in the listing not being removed from [redacted] , as it should have beenKWLS normally updates within hours while [redacted] may take another - hours to update after thatWe are still investigating the delay with KWLS at this timeWhen we became aware of the situation by the client that we had not been removed from her [redacted] listing,we made several attempts to contact [redacted] with no luckWe then identified that removal from KWLS was necessary to complete the [redacted] removal, and immediately contacted themWe did our due diligence to make sure that the client was cared for and had knowledge of the steps being takenWe now have our own private [redacted] login (separate from KWLS), so that this doesn't happen in the future.As of October 12th, the issue has been resolved and the name of our company was removed from the client's listing on [redacted] .Attached to this letter is the correspondence sent while trying to remedy the situation ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
As I previously mentioned, it is illegal and unethical for MrK*** to sign a listing agreement with only one owner of a property. I need to let MrG*** know that MrK*** did not give you factual information. When he signed a listing agreement with my husband, I had NOT signed a listing agreement with another agent. As stated above, this is illegal and I did not do such a thing. My husband and I were in discussions and interviewing realtors to sell our home. I called and left MrK*** two telephone messages after I found out he had signed an agreement with my husband, but he never called me back. When MrK*** spoke to my husband on October 26th, we still had not signed a listing agreement with any other realtors. In my opinion, this is entirely a situation where MrK*** was acting in in his own interest and behaving maliciously. MrK*** also gave my husband the impression that he would be mailing the key back to our home address. Unfortunately, the key was mailed back to our vacant rental property. We received an empty envelope with the corner ripped open...NO KEY He appears to have been dishonest in relaying this situation to you, MrG***. Sincerely,*** ***

This is in response to the complaint filed with the Revdex.com.
Charlie K[redacted], our listing agent, met with [redacted] the husband of [redacted] to list their house. **signed the...

listing agreement with Charlie who then put the lockbox on the house and put a sign in the frontyard. In the meantime, [redacted] had signed a listing agreement with a different agent. The husband was notaware of this when he signed the agreement with Charlie. The next step in the listing process for Charlie andPortland Real Estate Group is to schedule a photographer to take pictures of the property. Charlie was underthe impression that the house was vacant so he sent the photographer out as soon as poss ible. When **found out that his wife, [redacted], had listed with a different agent, he informed Charlie that he was cancellingand going with the other agent. Charlie understood and took the sign and lockbox off the property. Charliereturned the key by mail as requested by the home owners. Charlie also talked to ** after the complaint wasfiled and he apologized and it was all a miscommunication.
