Review: I have ordered two items from this online clothing store. One was a dress and the other was a two-piece skirt and top. I decided to return the dress on 4/29/2015 (it was ordered on 4/17/2015). The refund policy here is that within 14 days of when the customer receives the item, they will give a full refund. I emailed and called the business and they told me that they will gladly refund my money ($98) for the dress within 2-10 business days. It has been almost 12 business days, and still nothing. The company said that they are behind on their refunds, but this is false advertisement as I have yet to receive any notices, emails, updates as to where my refund is. I have to keep calling and emailing them! I purchased the second item on 5/1/2015 (before I was having all these issues with my first order). This item didn't fit well so I am exchanging the size. It is now 5/18/15 and no exchange, no nothing. The company did email me on 5/13/2015 to tell me that they'll gladly ship the exchange once I pay the $6.99 shipping fee... but still they owe me $98! So I emailed them and asked them to simply take it from the money already owed me from my first order, they agreed and said that my item would be shipped no later than today, 5/18/2015. But again, no word, no emails, no nothing.I need this outfit for my upcoming graduation but will gladly take a refund for both if that is the case, I just need something soon! I just find it unbelievable how long this company is taking to send me my money and my paid for items, and they only reach out when I bug them. Otherwise, there is no word from them at all.Desired Settlement: I want my refund of $98 for my first item returned on 4/29/2015.And I want either my exchanged item for the second order, placed on 5/1/2015 and exchanged on 5/11/2015. Or they can refund my money for that order in the amount of $105. Either way I'm happy and will never order here again.
