Review: I have been trying to close my account and receive a return number for not one but two packages that I received and was charged for. I have called numerous times, other times the line was constantly busy and I have also left messages.

I have not received my return numbers and have spoken with a customer service rep by the name of Shy who was unable to resolve this matter and was unable to get her manager to speak with me. She wished me a good day and hung up. All scripted responses! It clearly states on your website that if the customer is not pleased with the product to call and cancel account. I called and canceled. Was not an easy task due to all of the questions and suggestions the customer service rep gave me. Again all scripted. Finally she told me that the account was closed, I did not need to send back the remaining supply. I have received two more since and have been trying to close my account and get a return number for the shipments. I have spoken with the manager Eli who says that I did not follow company policy. I called and canceled my account in May!!!

. Getting someone on the line was difficult whether it was busy or not picked up. I emailed and then I left messages. My email was addressed and was told that someone would get in touch with me. Nothing. I called and left another message…nothing. Since then I received an email from the company notifying me that my account was closed…..but there was no mention of a credit and or return number for the product. I called today and spoke with customer service, again all scripted and the manager was unavailable. I was thanked for calling and hung up on. I called again and went through the same script with “the call center manager” who said that since my cancellation is not noted, there will be no return credit. I asked to speak with his manager and was told “he is the manager”. I was unable to call in again because I am at work. Due to someone’s lack of work ethic I am stuck with the cost of two bottles. When I questioned that, the manager “could not deny or confirm” that.Desired Settlement: refund for both shipments

Review: This company charged my credit card in the amount of $77.86 and I did not authorize them to charge my account. I did not receive any product from this company either. My credit card was charged three times one week earlier by a company named Garcinia Cambogia Extract. I was lucky enough that my bank picked up on a fraudulent charge of $149.00 which the bank did not let through and the other charge for 86.00 was waiting to process. I called the company and being on the phone with them for 2 1/2 hours, they finally voided the charge of 86.00. Today I was charged by this other company - Premier Africian Mango - Called them up and was on the phone for an hour and they told me that I will not be getting a refund and hung up on me. By the way, I never received the product that was suppose to be "a free trial".Desired Settlement: I would like a 100% Refund on my credit card. Credit card that they charged me is now closed out. I would need to give you another credit card or they can send me a check.

Review: Product website false advertising - there is no IGOB131 in this product.This is the products that does provide the benefits falsely stated on the web site. 1-855-866-2646 ph no. on product container always busy signal and a disconnect.Charged for fees I did not authorize. Repeatedly called customer service ph# on web site- 1-877-8870. A group named Alliance Customer answers-they claim they do not and have never sold Premier African Mango. The 1-877-8870 appears on the Premier African Mango web site. Found another customer service number on a facebook scams to avoid 1-877-468-7123. The Customer service person said they would refund one payment of $79.97. No satisfactory I want all my $$refunded.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $235.69.Website taken down. Or web site content changed to state the truth this product does not contain IGOB131.

Review: I noticed on my bank statement that I have been charged $77.86 a month for several months adding up to a total of $467.16. I contacted the number on my bank statement and after being put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time, I was told that I was not in their system, and that they couldn't help me. Review: I ordered the 14 day trial product. It came and I started it the next day. I got very sick. The next day I tried the product one more time to see if I would react the same way. Again I got very sick. I stopped taking the product. I figured that I would not order any more and that would be the end of it.While checking my bank account I saw a withdrawal from my account:05/13/2014DBT [redacted] (77.86)I did not give them permission to continue sending or to withdraw from my account.I called them on the 13th and they said I did give permission. I told them that I had not and wanted to talk with a supervisor.I was told they were all in a meeting, I told them I would wait. After a few minutes someone else got on the phone. I explain how I had not given them permission, and that by taking out the money from my account they had caused me to have a $20 overdraft fee. He said that I had given permission. I told him the product had made me extremely ill for two days and that I had the product and would send it back if he wanted and I would pay for the return shipping, but that I had not given them permission and had I known what the true cost was I would have never tried it because it was more than I could afford. He said they could not take the product back because it had been opened and because I was past the 15 day trial period they would not issue me a refund. He was very rude and mocking with me.I then told him that they were charlatans and hung up.Desired Settlement: I am not looking for a settlement just a refund put back into my account. Review: Premier African Mango advertised on a third-party website, offering a free 30-day trial of their product and stating that the only charge would be for shipping. Not even 30 days later, $77.86 was drafted from my banking account by Premier African Mango, without my consent. When I called [redacted] about this charge, I was told that I automatically agreed to these terms of automatic enrollment/payment when I purchased the product, and that I should have cancelled within 14 days. I did not agree to those terms. Also, [redacted] is advertising a free 30 day trial, yet they only give 14 days to try it before you make a decision to cancel?! That makes no sense. On top of that, if one winds up keeping the product, it's not a 30-day FREE trial at all--you're PAYING $77.86 FOR IT, hello?!!! I called [redacted] upon seeing the charge and even offered to send the product back but they refused to refund all of my money or accept the product back. They do not advertise their regular full price on their website in big, bold letters on a banner, but they do have "Reserve Your Exclusive Trial" and "Just Pay Shipping and Handling." www.premierafricanmango.comDesired Settlement: I would like a FULL refund, not a partial refund, and do not charge me a cancellation fee!!! I am not requesting my shipping/handling I agreed to pay, but I do want my $77.86 back. Review: I paid $4.95 for the initial 30 day trial period for Premier African Mango. I decided to return the product before that. I was billed (taken directly out of my checking account WITHOUT MY PERMISSION) $77.84 BEFORE THE TRIAL PERIOD ENDED. When I called the company and said I was outraged and cancelling and returning product for refund, they stated that I could return the product, but they will NOT issue a refund. Review: On May 2, 2014 I ordered the African Mango. The very next day I received no less than 6 calls from someone..I think it was LiveBody. I told them that I hadn't received the product yet and the phone calls were harassment. They continued to call me for the next 2 days until I told them to stop. To make a long story short, I did not sign up for the LiveBody. What the African Mango company did was slide the free trial of LiveBody in under the ruse that it was free trial. At no point did they share that there would be a charge of $19.95 after 21 days. They scammed me and when I saw the charge on my account, I called LiveBody and Rose - ID [redacted] - gave me a load of crap that I signed into their website on 5/2/14 which is a lie because I didn't even know about the website. After 10 minutes of arguing with her and telling her to stop calling me a liar, and only after I told her I would report this to the Revdex.com did she refund my money. This is a total scam and Rose admitted to me that she was in cahoots with Premier African Mango. The African Mango Garcinia Cambogia and LiveBody and all linked together. I called to cancel my account on 5/15/14 with each PAM and GC but no one answered at each number. The very next morning 5/16/14 they had debited my account -05/19/2014 [redacted] -$77.86 05/19/2014 GARCINIA[redacted] -$79.97 I called them and asked for my money back and they said I couldn't get a refund, but they did cancel my account. This has been a total nightmare for me. Never again will I be rused by companies like this. Review: I ordered Premier African Mango and Pure Garcinia Cambogia at no charge with a shipping and handling fee of $4.95 on January 4, 2014.There was a 14 day trail period where I had to call the telephone number on the yellow manila envelope of [redacted]. The company's name on the return envelope that I received the pills in is Spector Marketing, [redacted].On January 17, 2014 I called and cancelled my subscription as the pills made me sick.On February 26, 2014, Premier African Mango charged $77.86 against my checking account. I called Spector Marketing on March 3, 2014 and was told me that they did received my cancellation on January 17, 2014 but that I needed to call a different number to cancel the order. I asked if I could have the telephone number and was told that their company doesn't have the telephone number to cancel this order.This is really fraudulent business practices. I then called the number listed on the Premier African Mango pill bottle which is [redacted]. After the person on the phone verified my name, address and email address,, I told that they didn't see a narrative stating that I called on January 17,2014 and that the company will keep my $77.86. It seems to me that Spector Marketing and Premier African Mango share the same data base and both companies have my information.I asked the gentleman on the phone if I could speak with a manager in order for me to resolve the matter and was told that there was no manager on site.When I asked for their license number I was told that the company's license number could not be given out.I really want Premier African Mango to refund the money taken from out of my checking account without my authorization of $77.86.Thank you.Desired Settlement: Please have this company refund my $77.86.

Review: Called and placed an order for a 14 day trial of supplement on November 24. Cancelled that order less than 24 hours later. Sent a follow up email to my phone cancellation, and received an email back verifying my cancellation and closure or my account on November 25. Received my credit card statement on December 23 that shows a $98.99 charge on December 9 th. Called my credit card to report misuse of my credit card by this company. Report was filed with my card holder. Charges were disputed, follow up email sent to company to correct their error and misuse of card. Lawyer has been contacted.Desired Settlement: Remove all charges from this company from my credit card account and never use this credit card again.

Customer called in to cancel on 11/25. Account has been cancelled as of 11/25. We have not charged the customer any other amount except for the trial shipment for $4.95. Our rebill price is normally $77.86, which does not match the amount in question. We believe that the customer may have contacted the wrong company.

As I have previously stated, I made one call on November 24 ,2013 to order from premiere African mango a trial offer presented online for shipping only cost. I cancelled my order less than 24 hours later. When my credit card statement came there were two charges for 4.95 shipping of TWO products. The order numbers match [redacted]. Premiere insists that the GARCINIACD was not them or their product and I must have ordered something separate from their link. This did not happen, one call, two charges ( shipping and 15 days later an additional charge to my card with the same order number. In my calls to them they ( transferred numerous times to numerous people,could not explain how both products from companies not connected could record the same order number,charge my card on the same day, and mail me both products,yet insist the charge and product did not come from them. I continue my dispute.
