Premier Bank

Premier Bank has been in contact with its vendor since the online transfer issue was brought to the bank's attention by our customer.The Bank received email notification October 27, from its online banking vendor that the transfer issue was resolved through a recent upgrade on October 22,
2017.Our customer should be able to go into his online banking and set up the transfer from his checking account to make his monthly loan payment

We are in receipt of your letter dated December 23, 2015 outlining a complaint that you have received concerning a Premier Bank.  I have read through the complaint, searched our records and am unable to find any information concerning this customer.  Often times our Bank is mistaken for...

other premier banks and thus this complaint could have the same issue.  As further evidence that this is not our customer, I read in the complaint that Mr. [redacted] is “receiving daily automated calls from first premier bank”.  We do not have an automated calling system within our organization that would make calls on past due customer accounts.  Additionally, Mr. [redacted] is referring to the bank as “first premier bank” not PremierBank, which is who we are. Based on this information, I am unable to respond to the complaint.  If you have any further comments or questions, please feel free to contact me. Thanks[redacted]

Review: I wish to inform you of a unfair business practice concerning premier Bank. I wish to give your legislative members to give more fairness in credit companies. On December 21, 2015, I received a call from first premier Bank Collection to inform me that because I did not pay the full minimum Payment that they wanted me to give them my bank information to collect funds that were passed due. I inform red the bank that I would make a extra payment in January to bring my account current as far as the minimum payment was concerned. I was told that the account would accrue additional late fees and lenities for not bringing my account in good standing. I have been receiving daily automated calls from first premier bank for this account being past due. My account is now in the negative because of the additional fees I have incurred. I would appreciated any help you can give me to resolve this issue before it going on my credit report which will further damage my credit score.Desired Settlement: Please remove unjustified fees.
