I hope all is well with you. I am contacting you in reference to information I received related to my credit card. I was told today after making a payment of $132 that my account was closed because of returned payments. I am uncertain why these funds would have been returned when there is money in my account. I have worked extremely hard to improve my credit rating and believe this will have a negative impact on my credit score. I have been very pleased with your company up to this point And would like to resolve this concern without any outside agencies. I was told I have been sent several letters and I do not dispute that however due to a hectic travel schedule with my employer it is possible that my wife received the letter and did not bring it to my attention.
I am requesting that you please have my account reinstated based on the payment made today, any negative reporting be recalled and fees reversed. I would really like to continue service with your company and would appreciate your assistance.
