Review: The website shut down and now I can not contact them about returning a battery I was not expecting to get. I already purchased another one.

I ordered a battery, product #PP-LB-6044-5200 on 10/02/2013, order #[redacted] for $55.75. I never received it. After 5-6 weeks I checked back on the website to contact someone. The website was shut down with a message that no one can contact them. I assumed I was not getting the battery I ordered. So I purchased another one. Today 12/02/2013 I received the battery. With no return information! I tried calling the phone number that I found on the Revdex.com website but they had a message on it that they are not taking phone calls. How am I suppose to return this battery I do not want and get the credit back on my credit card? I am concerned that I will not get my money back!Desired Settlement: Refund for the price of the battery $55.75 and any shipping that I need to pay to ship it back.

Review: Bought a lap top battery on 09/2013 and it already has to be re-placed.So we tried to get ahold of company some time ago to no avail.Our warrenty is still good and it seems the company is closed down.WWe did see that they were not with the Revdex.com.If nothing else we learned to be more cautious of companies not affiliated with the Revdex.com.Is there a site available to check on status of companies that are or are not with the Revdex.com?Thank You for your time.Desired Settlement: inspiron[redacted] @ $44.95 Internal Product code PP-LB-[redacted] Order #[redacted] Laptop Battery.
