I have to agree with the other review on here, *** and Prestige Home Solutions are corner cutters. We've been living in this house for 8 months and the repairs are hard to keep up with. It is absolutely infuriating. They "put lipstick on a pig" as those in the realtor business call it. This company refused to fix the wood rot on the garage and now we get standing water in it, which has caused mold in the ceiling. The mold was painted over initially, but it's come back. We're still recouping from replacing the plumbing, which was polybutylene and had clearly failed in multiple places (likely causing moisture issues in the house); the flipper refused to replace. There are gaps everywhere, we've had to get rid of mice twice. They put new siding on the house but did such a garbage job that water comes in under the bay window and we have to have someone come out and fix it. The chimney wasn't capped- and he would not cap it as requested in the inspection and we had birds live in it for the summer. The paint job is SH! It's literally peeling off the walls because they painted over old wall paper. The doors were also painted poorly and the tubs- just today we had the pleasure of finding a hole in the bottom of our master bath tub, a perfect circle that was clearly painted over and not repaired, finally exposed because the paint is peeling. The company absolutely did not believe the inspector found a leak we had in one our eave spaces, I had to fight to have it repaired. I won't even get into the crawl space issues we've had.
I love the location, but we could have paid a lot less for a house in better condition. The price was virtually non-negotiable. This business is a sham. It's a trick. The beauty is pure deception.
DO NOT PURCHASE A HOUSE FROM THIS SELLER BUYER BEWARE. You'll be house poor for an eternity, while the flipper rolls in your hard earned and poorly spent money, I wish I could give it negative stars.
P.S. he also uses the SAME get-up for all his flips so know your house will look like 100s of others on the inside.

We purchased a home through this company and would not recommend doing so to anyone else. There were a ton of corners cut, like not doing the dry wall behind any of the bathroom sinks leaving huge, gaping holes for pests and hurting energy efficiency. So now we have to rip the sinks and cabinetry from the walls to fix it. The paint job was SO BAD I'm having to sand down the walls and trim so I can repaint. There is glue stuck to the wood floors in so many places that months in I am still trying to remove it. They laid down mulch in the front with no weed barrier so now it's all gone to ruin. They laid straw to make it seem as if they planted grass, but they did not. They did not cement in the mail box but instead just dug a hole for it. The door paint is chipping because they didn't prep it. The tub they installed is just painted so on first cleaning the paint is coming up and doesn't come clean. When they installed the outside light fixture they did not put in the flashing or seal it so the first heavy rain brought water damage to inside wall. They were incredibly inflexible with the price and the realtor was AWFUL. She took days to respond, never provided all the info asked for, and admitted she'd never even seen the property. But the absolute worse thing was they refused to replace the 30 year old AC unit that the inspector reviewed twice and said it needed to be replaced without a doubt. It wouldn't even turn on at first. They also refused to lower the price because of the AC. When they sent someone in to "fix" it (it was not fixed) they left a huge mess. In the end they would only give us a useless home warranty that will not help cover the cost of a new unit. Now it's 95 degrees out, the AC can be on for 3 hours and the temp will drop by 1 degree. It is going to cost us $8k to replace it. Meanwhile, they made a killing on the house that they took 30 days to renovate and do a total slipshod job. They make it seem on the surface that the house it renovated with care but it is only an illusion. They are flipping a lot of properties in *** and I will tell everyone I know that is house shopping to not buy from them and that the owner is a shyster. We only bought it because we loved the property. No complaints there.
