Hershey Location - No Lack of Service
Stopped in to have a bite to eat and a beer. Ordered the salad with chicken (per the menu) and what was delivered was lettuce, some cheese, chicken and that was all. No Tomatoes, Cucumbers, French Fries, Etc.

Sent it back. No apologies or concern for the customer. Pay your bill and leave. Horrible experience, where was a manager?

Hi~ my name is Patty and I would like to address my concern of the changes at the North Versailles location on 921 E Pittsburgh McKeesport Blvd.
I have been visiting your store for over 12 years now and have much enjoyed my time after work each day for Happy Hour with co workers.
It has been brought to my attention that these hours have changed. This has brought attention to many of my friends and myself, as our work schedule begins earlier and makes Happy Hour from 4 – 6 accommodating in our local area. These changes are not only affecting the workers but also clientele for the store and a large amount of regulars are looking for alternatives during Happy Hour get togethers in our area in which your store had been serving for quite some time.
Thank you for letting me express my concerns and hope that these changes are reconsidered, as this not only affects your workers, but will hit hard in our local area and customers wanting to unwind after a long day at work, not having to wait for 5 pm when our shifts begin at 5 and 6 am.

After you expressed your need for the cards this weekend - we offered to overnight or UPS (track) the package and re-send. I didn't hear back from you before the end of my day - so when I came in the next day - I sent the package - tracked it - noting that you would receive it on Thursday, Feb11. Did you not receive it? I added an extra $on your $card for the inconvenience. We're really sorry that this happened and we thought everything was okay as you said you needed for Saturday, Feb13. What can we do to resolve this?Thanks *** - let me know if we need to take any further action

Review: On January 21, 2016, I purchased a gift card on the Primate Bros. website for an group event on Feburary 13, 2016. I wanted to be certain I would have the gift card in my possession for the event; therefore, I ordered it early. Because I did not recieve my gift card in a timely fashion, I emailed the contact attached to my receipt (proof of purchase). Amy S[redacted] was the contact I emailed. She told me my order left the warehouse and that I should receive it. In the meantime, the transaction was taken from my bank account on ($17.50). She then, after many emails, told me she would resend the gift card if I did not receive. I told her to re-send and then I did not hear from her. Having a transaction taken from my account and no gift card in hand, I complained via email. She then told me she would again re-send. I have asked for shipping information and confirmation that it was indeed sent. I have not heard from her at all. I will now be unable to have a gift for my group event this Saturday. I wanted to give this business a chance for one is coming to my local area. I have never expereinced customer service so unprofessional. This needs to be addressed because I paid for something I have not received.Desired Settlement: I feel that I should be able to receive what I paid for. I also feel I should be compensated for unsatisfactory customer service when I tried to resolve this issue and received no feedback of shipping information.

Review: On Tuesday May 31st we visited Primanti Bros in Market Square in Pittsburgh for dinner. We sat outside on the patio and ordered 2 beers, one "short" and one "tall", when the beers arrived I immediately questioned the volume of the two because they appeared to be identical in volume only in different shaped plastic glasses. I finished the "tall" beer and kept the glass, then ordered a "small" beer so I could pour the "small" beer in to the "tall" glass so that I could prove or disprove my equal volume theory. Guess what, BOTH had the same volume in them. I then asked if there was a diffence in price and the waiter said that he thought there would be, then I asked him if he knew that both beers were indeed the same size. He told me he did not know that but also said that he's heard about this complaint in the past from other customers AT THE SAME RESTAURANT....

I believe this may be considered price discrimination which may or may not be illegal, I also understand that price discrimination usually happens with the same business at different locations and not at the same location. This also makes me think that there may be something wrong with the way they are conducting business.Desired Settlement: All i'm asking for is that the Revdex.com contact Primanti Bros and ask them for an explanation. I already know the answer, "We at Primanti Bros had no idea this was going on at any of our locations but will look in to it", but would like to change their practice of ripping people off. Better yet, if this practice is illegal, please do something about it.
