I have copied the response I have received from the door company. As you can see they state the door did not burn up which is different than what Prince Corporation is telling me. This just shows the lack of communication that I stated in my 1st letter. My other question is where did the door sit for to weeks since they stated they did not recieve the door back until January 29th and it was picked up the first part of December by *** ***?
MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:
We didn’t receive this door slab to our facility until January 29thUnfortunately our company had a major fire on the 31st of January and lost our whole building, machinery, everything basically. Luckily this slab hadn’t been brought into the building yet and was stored temporarily off site
It took us a little while to get back on our feet with a new temporary building, equipment and so forth to be able to machine and prefinish products again.. The door has been completed and was picked up via Prince Corporation last Wednesday 3/19/2014.

First of all
this complaint was sent to the wrong business as the door was distributed by
Prince Building Systems LLC (PBS)and not Prince Corporation which is a sister
Corporation to PBS.

distributes doors and related items for North Central Wood Products (NCWP) to
retail customers, which in this case is Osseo Ace.  The door in question did need work and the
manufacturer, NCWP’s; policy is the have all such work returned to their plant
for inspection, repair and/or replacement. 
This door was returned approximately 2 months ago to NCWP after which
NCWP had a fire that burned the plant down along with the door.  The company has since relocated at another
site and is up and running but with a large backlog to attend to.  It is my understanding that the door has now
been replaced to the homeowner and the situation resolved.  NCWP and PBS apologize for the delay due to
the unfortunate circumstances.
