Do not order from them unless you don't need your printing for more than a monthI ordered two calendars in DecemberIt is now mid January and customer service just informed me should expect delivery "probably in the beginning of February." When I asked about the status of my order, she said it was in mid-production and should be completed within a weekThese are month calendars not page bookletsHow is it possible that a printing job this small will take over two weeks from start to finishAlso, don't bother e-mailing them to try and get an updateI sent a respectful e-mail asking for an update on my orderI received an automated response indication that my case had been assigned to a customer service representative and that I would be contacted shortlyA week went by and I finally called them to get informationThere are much better options

I do alot of photo printing between books, photo gifts and printsThis company is disgustingI ordered Calendars and never received them a month passes I call them the it helping me caught herself in [redacted] First by telling me there was a problem with my order so they had to reprint them and then telling me she is sorry my order got lost in the shuffleI also ordered ornaments and the picture which is crystal clear came out blurry I was told to send a picture of the ornament to their emailYep one week and I haven't heard back yetThey do not care about their customer service I will never use them again and urge anyone else that your money will just be wasted on crap!

I ordered a groupon for a voucher for SLATS - it said I had in my cart and put my voucher in and it rang them up at the sales price for my other 2, only giving me my slat for the voucherSo I ordered the and then tried to do another order to see if it just had to be done separately nope not the case! So I emailed them once I figured that out thinking they could help me fix it - I just wanted of the same thingAfter a week I got a reply and said I had to do them all at once and that they will still honor my voucher for the slats but I have to pay shipping ($18) and to call themSo I immediately email back and said fine I will pay shipping can you please just process my order with the same one I just did That was Dec - I still have not heard backSo I sent another email asking for a reply and I get a reply last night and it said: Sorry to say this but you can avail one offer at a timeWHAT!! I do not even know what that means! Because I tried to order it again and it says my voucher is used! And really that is what your customer service writes back after I am asking for a reply I have been contacting them since 11/22/2015!!! So today I tried to call them - and it said they are open from 8-5M-F EST ...it is 9am EST and it said they were closed and to call back during regular business hours DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I am highly disappointed with their concern and replies from customer service!!!

This company is a JOKEI sent an email, got an automated response sayin that I would receive a response within hoursNo responseCall the number a week later on hold for minutes and am told that I need to send ANOTHER email with proof that my item is damagedSo I can wait another week for them to not respond againRight

I purchased two Groupons for 16xmetal prints from PrinterPix on April Placed my first order on April and my second order on May 4th I received both today after numerous complaints to customer service and waiting for nearly weeks for my initial order Costumer service was slow and ineffectual Unfortunately, they decided to "upgrade" my orders from two 16x prints to two 20xprints without my consent Two problems with this: First, I ordered the 16xsize because I am moving overseas, and the 20xprints are to large to pack and take with me Secondly 16xand 20xare different aspect rations, which means they screwed up the crop of my images they look horrid Will never use this company again

Before submitting my order I checked their fine print to see if it said anything about delays due to the holidays Fine print stated 'Redeem your voucher by December in order to receive your item by Christmas!' My order was placed on December 3rdAfter a week I started checking the on my order under 'Where's my order', which stayed at the 25% 'WEâ RE PREPARING YOUR ORDER FOR PRODUCTION' I contacted support on December 8th to find out when they thought it would move alongTheir contact system sends an automated email giving you a ticket number but had no estimated time for a responseI did not receive an response until December 30th - days after I contacted them and days after my promised delivery timeSadly this response seemed to be a template and did not reference my question at all 'We are really sorry for the delay in responding and the inconvenience caused // If you are still experiencing the same issue as per your original email, please reply back to this email and we will respond within business days.' My initial email listed my order number, I am stunned that their Customer Support did not do the small leg work to actually look into my order

Absolutely terribleCustomer service is non-existent I purchased Living Social deals for this sellerTheir policy states they ship within weeks of orderingAfter month, I contacted them requesting a status of my orderI never heard anythingWas kept endlessly on hold but never speaking to anyoneNo reponses to my emailsI didn't receive my orders until I opened claims through PayPal I went back to this seller with one more Living Social dealThe item arrived damagedI contacted the sellerdays later I did receive an email response requesting photos of the itemIt has now been well over a month since the initial order and notification of damaged goodsI have followed up with them timesNothingNo replacement, no email, no nothing ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK

I placed an order #XXXXXXX with Printer pix on 11/23/and have not received When making calls to the company I am placed on hold and the call is never picked up Last try was 12/30/and I was on hold for minutes before I hung up Emails to the company are not answered I still have vouchers that I purchased that are unused If I do not receive a response soon my next step will be to file a complaint, and contact my bank

Terrible service I ordered two photo blankets in November as Christmas gifts My order was acknowledged the same day I submitted the order When I realized that by December 22nd I started to get worried because almost a month had gone by since I placed my order I used the online chat to try to find out what had happened with my order The online chat person led me to believe that my order fell through the cracks and ensured me that he would expedite the order and said I would receive my items by Christmas Needless to say since I am writing this complaint I never received my order It is now December 29th and I still have not received my order I paid over for my order I tried calling their number and the recording left me on hold for a while and then told me to call back at another time Terrible service I have also sent them two emails days ago and have not received any responses to either of my emails

I purchased two Living Social voucher codes for Photo books for Printer PixI spent many many hours making the books, but their site would not allow my purchase to go throughI have tried relentlessly to contact them for one week, both by telephone and emailAs of today, nothing has been resolvedand my vouchers have expiredI am at my witts end with this companyThey will not answer their phoneI have tried countless times to call them and stayed on the line for more than minutes each timeThe money I paid is nothing compared to the hours spent making the books which I needed for giftsMy wasted time is priceless! I would never purchase another thing from this companyLiving social should not be endorsing them on their site, and neither should Groupon or any other companyI wish I had read all the complaints before I purchased my vouchersI assumed Living Social would have done their homework before putting Printer Pix out there for innocent consumers to purchase from them

Horrible experiences with this company Made the mistake of trying them more than once Got a metal print them from - not impressed with quality Had gotten the voucher via Living Social After failed attempts to contact the company (no email response and too long wait times via phone), contacted Living Social, who refunded my money Ordered a calendar for Christmas on 12/14/and paid for expedited shipping....it's now 1/9/and their website shows that it hasn't even printed it yet Called and like others here, waited 30+ minutes to talk to a "customer service" rep I put that in quotes because I don't think this woman has been trained in customer service at all If I had to talk to so many disgruntled customers, I'd feel the same way Anyway, she didn't seem surprised at this amount of printing time, so take it this is their standard operating process Best she would do was say they will refund different of shipping methods and will send it via regular mail (if/when it gets printed..) Will not make mistake of using them again

I ordered a 16Xmetal print from PrinterPix on May 23, through a GrouponThe status showed as being prepared for printingOn June 23, I sent an e-mail inquiring about the unchanging statusIt was immediately changed to Quality Control; Failure and needing to be reprintedI have tried calling twice and no customer service person answers the phonePersonally, I think this is a rip off company that uses Groupon to get a quick inflow of cashI have complained to Groupon and am still waiting on a responseI am still waiting on PrinterPixI am also considering how well PrinterPix can stand up under an IRS Fraud investigation

BAD customer service!!!!! Cant ever get anyone on the phone!!! Always having issues with site and phone!! I have placed an order # [redacted] and # [redacted] I have read a lot of complaints on here If I would have known I would have went to [redacted] ! Awesome site!!!! I want to make sure my order is here by Christams!!!!!!

WARNING: I bought Groupons for this businessthe 1st one was a photo blanket as a Christmas gift for my grandmother at the beginning of December, and now they just emailed me saying that estimated delivery date is Dec 29th 2nd Groupon was for a stuffed photo bear Entered the groupon code and my credit card info, then noticed after that they did not credit my groupon and charged my credit card $ I should only have paid $for shipping Now I'm waiting for them to credit my account back It's been over weeksThey are very slow to respond to emails, and do not return phone calls DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE I have also filed a complaint with Groupon, and hope that if enough people file complaints, they won't do business with them anymore

The customer service is USLESS via phone and online chatNo tracking information other than it was shipped and the now given estimated time of arrival is days after what they initially was quotedI understand sometimes things get delayed around the holidays, so I requested to have the delivery address be changed to the location I am traveling TO, as this is a gift for a personIf it would have arrived in the originally promised time frame, I would have had the item BEFORE travelingNO customer service reps seem to have the knowledge on how to do this, but can tell me that it will cost me $to change the addressPer word of mouth of one of the incapable reps, and confirmed by [redacted] customer reps, ONLY the sender of the shipment can alter the delivery detailsPrinterpix Rep explained specifically a Manager can make these adjustments but after being on hold for minutes I was told a manager will call me back and HAS NOTHe placed me on hold times to get that info, and was not able to tell me not name of a manager that he would be contacting to reach out to meNor was he able to give me a time frame my issue would be resolvedThe concept of the items is a great idea for gifts, but not worth the headache of dealing with all of the sub par serviceGroupon, discount, or for free, I will never get anything from this company again

Used a Groupon deal for xmas cards, website was hard to navigate and get card doneWhen they arrived the front was fine but the printing on back was illegible.Very disappointedTrying to use site to get free prints and have not been able to get it done, site keeps going to other items and not saving printsGoing back to [redacted]

I ordered a groupon deal good for 11.7"x16.5" calendars for $I was able to get around the website with ease and everything uploaded correctlyI was asked if I wanted to upgrade to "premium paper" for $4.99/ calendarSince I had gotten such a great deal, I though, why not! After placing my order, I read some scary reviews and became nervous of what I had just done I asked the "live chat" if they could tell me how long it would take to receive my orderThey said no more than 8-working daysI said, even with being in the USA? to which they responded, that will take working daysI began to panic as this would be after Christmas and I ordered the calendars for Christmas presents I am happy to report that my order did arrive earlier this week (less than the days) and they were shipped from Florida The quality of the calendars is not bad, but defiantly not worth full price! The groupon deal was calendars for $16, add the $4.99/ calendar upgrade and a onetime $shipping and handling cost, I spent a total of $or $per calendarThe calendars are worth the $but not more than thatThe regular price is listed at $per calendar on their website for regular priceBEWARE! They are not worth more than $that I paid, and even that is pushing it as they are printed double sided all in all, I did not have a horrible experience as other didhoweverif you want a high quality calendar for giftsi would stay away from this place

I have had the same experience as all the reviewers here Same exact story I purchased a Groupon for $for a 16xmetal print I was able to successfully use my groupon code on the printerpix.com website and I placed my order on November 30, Their website states, "Printerpix orders are usually produced, dispatched and delivered within a maximum of business days." This was fine with me since I should have gotten my order before Christmas Today is January 8, and I now doubt that I will ever see my order I've called the company times and was on hold for over minutes each time Although the customer service representative were very courteous and respectful, none of them could tell me why more order still had not been produced or when it will be shipped I've also sent emails and I only got a response to In that response I got some kind of crazy excuse that the metal company that they use is on strike Are you kidding me? I've also contacted Groupon via email to explain this situation and demand a refund However, apparently they outsource their CS because Lakshmi Priya responded with a detailed explanation about how to use my Groupon code Obviously that was not my complaint I will have to now call Groupon and try to make someone understand plain English that the groupon code was used but the company, printerpix.com is a SCAM!!!! I doubt that they provide any kind of service at all except thievery

First of all I bought three deals from Living Social and only redeemed one so far It has been almost one month and the status bar on the order says that the process is up to 25% As all the other complainants stated, this company is a hoax and is probably related to [redacted] which sells similar merchandise Although I still have two more vouchers to exhaust, I may try to get a refund from Living Social It is virtually impossible to contact customer service for PRINTERPIX 3+ weeks later and still no merchandise or acknowledgement email STAY AWAY FROM PRINTERPIX [redacted] They're probably related! SMH

I have had the same experience as the other umpteen "star" reviewsCrappy and difficult to use software, and I, also, have yet to receive my gifts by Christmas (as promised)although after reading the reviews I'm now the opposite of excited about my canvasesI can add, I did actually get a hold of someone on the "live Chat..." once, though I also tried several times along with phone calls and emailsI am fairly certain the live chat isn't even a real personit just offered a bunch of general apologiesThey never so much as acknowledged any of my questions which were very directEven when I asked if I was even talking to a real person, they said, "you are on a live chat, Kristina." The whole convo was like that; completely infuriatingThey wouldn't even answer a close ended (yes or no) questionThis company is the bane of my existenceI hate Groupon for even doing buisness with them
