Money was refunded on 5/29/15 for the remaining amount of $115. Receipt and phone call were handled by bakery manager.

Review: I got married on 5-2-2015 and inordered our 8inch wedding cake from the Priory that was $165.00. I still have my receipt. My cake was delivered at 3:30pm to my venue the [redacted] which is a air conditioned bed and breakfast, when the cake was dropped off I was actually downstairs waiting to walk down the aisle outside, there were no instructions given as to the cake needing to be refudgerated or anything of that nature. The cake remained inside until it was time to cut it ! When my Husband and I walked over to cut the cake we saw the left side of the cake totally collapsed... We were devastated. After our honeymoon I reached out to the General Manager [redacted] by email with pictures of the cake letting him see what had happened, I waited days and he never contacted me so I called and he wasn't there I was told he would call me in an hour .. That never happened so I waited and called back again and he was there, [redacted] told me all he could do was refund me $25 and I didn't think that was enough so he said $50 and credited me , well I was still dissatisfied that that was all he was willing to do. My husband and I got our professional pictures back yesterday and we were again devastated we have no good picture of our cake because like I said the whole side collapsed so now we have paid a lot for a small cake and have no picture memories of it on our most important day. So today I reached out again in an email with pictures and asking for a refund for the rest of the amount which would be $115.00 , I got a response from the assistant manager telling me that I need to take this up with my photographer and she thought $50 was generous of them. It's not my photographers fault that my cake collapsed ... I am more than disasstisfied with my product being my wedding cake and how this was handled I will never do business with this bakery again!Desired Settlement: I would like the rest of the amount that I paid for this cake refunded to me, that would be in the amount of $115.00 .
