I am rejecting this response because:
Regards, I payed for 2 day air. I want the money refunded to my credit card for the 2 day air. I also called when the product wasn't shipped. With no response from you. You did not respond until yesterday after I had called twice and sent an email. It is not my problem that you offer 2nd day air and can not produce what you promise. You where paid by my credit card company two days before you sent out the product.

I am rejecting this response because:I had to pay 1800.00 for someone to come and put the APC in when yours didn't show on time. You can take the loss of all shipping. After insulation this is costing 3500.00. If your company would have complied to your terms I would not have had the extra cost. Also if I owned a company and did not meet the need of a customer that payed you I would have the respect to pick up the phone and work this matter out. Which sir you have not done.
