I have been in contact with the customer and we are working together to resolve the issueIt shows that the customer did receive a check for $and it cleared the bank the end of JulyWe still owe her a small credit and we are working on getting that to her very soon

I do see that there have been a total of misses called in since May of with one of those being the week of the HurricaneWe were closed for days that week due to the landfills being closed, employees being flooded in, and roads closures on Hwy in front of our officesI will issue a credit on this account for a total of month

I do show that you called in the beginning of stating you hadn't been serviced in a few weeksOur Operations Manager spoke with you and had someone come out the next dayDriver had reported the few misses were due to the wet roads. We were closed days during the Hurricane as well the end of August. I see call ins; in September and we issued a week creditTo get things back on track I can do an additional week credit

I do see in our notes that this customer called in and spoke with the manager about her concerns for being missedThis issue was resolved the following week and a week credit was issued

are industry standard to protect the company as well as customerAfter a review of their customer profile I can verify that since January of there has been four missed pick up's reported to our customer service representatives(those dates are: 02/27/17, 05/01/17, 06/23/17, 09/14/17)Our Operations Department does its best to eliminate misses from happeningThey do everything possible to get back out right away to service those missed customersThis account has been closed and container was removed on 02/16/The remaining balance is still owed for the service providedWe of course want to work with you and would be willing to adjust off $which would leave you with a balance of $We do greatly apologize for any dissatisfaction with service and ask that you always contact us with any question or concerns you may have

I am rejecting this response because: They failed to mention how many times I called in....

The credit should have been for more then two weeks. They went a solid two weeks without picking my garbage up, and that was just one of the many times I called in.

Our records show that there balance was adjusted off and the container was picked up in April.

We have been in communication with the Williams. Due to the service issues we will be closing this account per there request effective 11/1/17.

in JUNE (NOT APRIL), and only after a manager told me in April the acct would be credited (which I appreciate), and the trash can would be picked up. I had to make a couple reminder calls about the pickup. But, all is resolved now.
