I understand what they are saying, however, they continue to blame the post office. I have the 2 envelopes that were postmarked November 9, 2014 and that had checks in them dated towards the end of October and the beginning of November. I was told these checks had been mailed when they clearly were not. I just want them to take responsibility for their lies and the fact that they messed with my money. Thank you.

Those two checks were the two in the previous response that would have remained in the office as pick up before the switch to mail was complete. They should have been picked up but I can only assume the client asked an employee to mail them. That being the case, obviously the dates would be different.Our policies and practices stand. Weekly checks will be mailed as per the schedule and requests are mailed the same day that they are approved. Once the mail leaves our hands, we are no longer in control of it.
