Service issues on completion and correction of completed roof with cracked tiles n discoloration of mortar.
Started back in August tiles weren't delivered till Oct 30 then was told supervisor or owner would be there every day to inspect work and that all workers were employees. Neither of these thugs happened. Had temporary help n no supervisor. Work was sloppy n caused several leaks in our house. Jan 15, 2019 sent letter to owner of unsatisfactory job. Owner, Bryan said he would pay for paint ceilin repair n fix issues w roof. I sent pictures on 1/16 n his reply was countering everything I said was wrong. Then in June 23 sent another email that mortar was cracking sloppy n fading. Owner replied on 6/24 that they wld remove n replace mortar. He said 2 weeks.and wanted to wait till after rainy season. I sent 7/29 another email that some tiles r cracked n to chug mortar. Now on 7/29 he replied saying he did a good job n won't fix anythg n has pictures that no tiles were cracked. Asked for the pictures n now not responding to me. One mishap or false information after anothrt

When the title was ordered Protex informed that the tile was 4-5 months out for delivery. This is out of Protex control.A supervisor was on site daily except for 1 day in which he had an emergency.I offered to pay for interior painting.The work was properly performed. Mortar is the color given by the manufacture.Tile and mortar cracks happen due to settling.Mrs *** asked me to change the tile as she did not like the tile she chose. All mortar cracks, but I told her I would repair when rain slowed down.After repeat insults I stated that this is not warranty issues which it is not.*If there is a valid complaint its that the new employees had gotten in an argument on site.

Unfortunately Bryan continues to leave out critical information. The supervisor was NOT present every day. I have neighbors that took photos of a young woman from Columbia who was a partner to one of the workers who was actually on the roof giving him water. There may have been one lead person who did not speak English there for one day other than that unfortunately no other supervisors. Four hired people left after two days and only two were left to finish the job. The issue now is mortar not the right color and I have other homes with same tile with different color mortar. I have emails from Bryan stating that he would change the color of the motar. Also important to note is that there are Tiles from a different 'lot' color that was shown to us on the side of the house as well as broken tiles. I never said I did not want these tiles - NEVER. I love the color and love the tile. What I did not like are the nails showing at the front of the house but again he said 'that's code'...I am not satisfied nor is my husband considering this NE finding of broken tiles as well as color lot inconsistency. Before we go to our insurance company attorney, I thought we may be able to settle this thru Revdex.com. THe rudeness came from his staff where we have kept emails. Bryan did apologize for that. Hoping this can be settled and if he can give us a specific month and year that he will fix broken tiles, change mortar and change those 'off color lot tiles', we can settle this unless he wants to just pay us for all and we will use someone else to fix it...
