After numerous tries trying to reach the customer a no contact letter has been mailed to him giving him a direct line line to call if he wants to discuss his issue with [redacted]

[redacted] on my staff spoke to [redacted] ( [redacted] ) this morning [redacted] is aware that the bill has been put in her name as of 9/*/and is satisfied with those results She stated that this was new construction and she believes the landlord may not have done the correct paperwork originally [redacted]

A PSCustomer Relations Representative called [redacted] to advise her of the status of her refund checkThe customer was advised that the refund check will be mailed on PSapologized for the delay and [redacted] was not happy with this answer and ended the call

Tried multiple times to reach customer by phone without successShe left a voicemail on my direct line that she wanted no further phone contact only written responsesI sent a no contact letter advising she has an active $agreement and a summary of how agreement had broken [redacted] *** ###-###-####

PSEG was there on 5/*/and made all necessary repairsAt that time the customer was also advised he needed to get an electrician to make repairs on his own equipment

Very poor customer serviceHaven't had any power to my apt for a week, and when they said someone would be out to restore power I was never contacted that they were here (if they came at all)This adds another day without electricity for my food to spoil and another day I'll have to miss work to stay home and wait for a technician

PSCustomer Relations has called the customer and left a callback numberWhen the customer returns our call, we will address his billing issuePSis gathering the customers meter reading and billing history to review for accuracyAdditionally the customer will be offered the opportunity for a high bill field investigationA letter will be mailed to the customer that we were unable to reach him by telephone

PSEG LI contacted her and attempted to explain the situation but we were not able to satisfy her If she wishes she can contact the Department of Public Service to file a complaint with them#1f497d;">

I spoke to [redacted] *arlier today regarding her complaint of billing higher than normal I advised her that her meter was tested on 5/*/at 99.5% accuracy, within the parameters prescribed by the NYS Deptof Public Service She had previously requested a high bill investigation, which was unable to be scheduled due to no contact with the customer Therefore, I sent the request over again today to have someone contact her and schedule the high bill investigation, which at a minimum, will help her understand the appliances and consumption she’s seeing in her home She was satisfied with this plan Update - [redacted] has been contacted and the high bill investigation is scheduled for Monday, July *** [redacted]

PSEG Long Island Customer Service Representative [redacted] has spoken to [redacted] several times in an effort to resolve his complaint about not being able to pay his bills on line [redacted] was advised that the resolution to this problem is for him to enable Javascript on his computer She does not believe he wishes to do this and therefore, while a solution has been offered, unfortunately, we were not able to satisfy [redacted] at this time Please let me know if any additional information is required Thank you [redacted] ***
