Review: I completed an online marketing survey under the brand PVupdates on January *, 2014 that has an honorarium of $20. The survey has this link: [redacted]. I tried contacting them to tell them that I never received the honorarium and got the following response from [redacted]:

We are currently looking into your query and we will respond to you with our findings as soon as possible.

Thank you for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention, and we apologize for the delay.

Subsequent e-mails to follow this up was left unanswered.

I again participated on another online survey on October **, 204 under the brand Medefield which happens to be under the same P\S\L group. The survey is under reference number [redacted] and has an honorarium of $85. It was a surprise that at the end of the survey that the honorarium credit received was just $65 despite having successfully completed the survey. I tried to contact them several times regarding this discrepancy and request for payment of the honorarium but I never got anything beyond a repeated the same response as above from [redacted]:

[redacted] I never received any honorarium from these surveys. Repeated attempts to contact them yielded the same response as above.Desired Settlement: Payment of the promised honoraria: $20 from PVupdates and $85 from Medefield.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. It took them more than seven months to respond to the complaint filed before the Revdex.com and resolve the issue. I will never deal with them again.

Review: In late March/early April 2014, I filled out a survey for this agency, for which they had promised 150$. It took me almost 2 hours to fill this out. They have not paid me the promised 150$, despite multiple attempts to contact them.

They always respond by saying "We are currently looking into your query and we will respond to you with our findings as soon as possible. Thank you for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention, and we apologize for the delay. " However, I never hear back from them about the results of their investigation or when I will receive the money.

This is a fraudulent agency, and they need to be shut down so they don't waste the time of other physicians.Desired Settlement: Pay me the 150$ that is due to me.

Review: I completed two surveys with this company. One on 01/**/14 for $85 (survey # [redacted] and one on 01/**/14 for $55 (survey # [redacted]). I was supposed to receive payment for these surveys within 4-6 weeks. I initially contacted [redacted] at the company on 6/*/14 to inform her I was never paid. She confirmed I completed the studies and told me I would be paid in a "timely manner". I next contacted [redacted] on 07/**/14 to inform her of my lack of payment. I was told I would receive my payment in an additional "4 weeks".Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my payment of $140 in addition to interest and reimbursement for my time spent pursuing this matter.

Review: [redacted], the parent company of [redacted], has refused to stop spamming my work e-mail address despite multiple and repeated requests to be removed from their mailing list. In the past, I contacted them via phone, but there was no change in behavior, and now I am unable to locate a phone number or any other type of contact information to actually talk to another human being. In my humble opinion, this is a strongly parasitic organization with a pattern of unethical practices that inexcusably and shamelessly waste valuable and finite human resources. Very poor customer service. Repeated spam e-mails bordering on harassment. No ability to contact outside of their ineffective 'opt out' mechanism.Desired Settlement: Just please tell them to never, ever contact me again. Also, please cease and desist from selling my contact information to other advertising or marketing agencies.

Review: Without my permission, [redacted] sends me numerous emails everyday requesting that I participate in their surveys. For over a month I have requested that they stop sending these emails (using their online "opt-out" feature and through personal requests) and they indicated that they would. However, the daily incessant emails continue to come. [redacted] for the company, personally guaranteed me that the emails would stop and they have not. This problem has wasted to much of my time and represents poor business practice.Desired Settlement: I simply want to be removed from their email list and never hear from them again.

Review: I have never opted into the [redacted]s database. I receive an overwhelming number of email requests for market research. Numersous requests for opt out ignored by the company - I continue receiving emails from them. Company is acting in direct violation of their privacy policy
