Pulse Plumbing has not done work for *** *** in *** *** **, nor have we collected any payment from them

We did do work for a *** *** ( who was the previous homeowner ) at this addressBut the work that the new owner is claiming to have caused a leak was previous work done by someone elseWhen the new owner called to say that the work we did was leaking, we went
out to evaluate the problem on 6/30/We found that a pipe not installed by our company came apart, we did reattached and re-glued the pipe for the customer at no chargeThe customer was upset about the water damage on there ceilingWe explained to them that we do not do dry wall work and also since we did not cause the leak we were not going to take the responsibility to make the repairs

I am rejecting this response because:
Pulse is denying responsibility and avoiding our phones calls and emails because they know that they caused the damages.
The two pipes in question are directly next to each other, and the pipe that they installed is only inches directly behind the other pipeThey could not have installed their pipe without handling the existing pipeThey are in fact supported by the same rubber material that pulse used to support the line they installedThe pipe that was already there was connected properly and had never leaked previouslyPulse likely knocked the pipe ajar and just ignored fixing it the way they ignore their customers complaintsThe pipe that was already there was handled by Pulse in order to have the lines supported togetherThey were negligent and careless and did in fact cause the damagesI have before and after pictures to support my claim that they handled the pipes together.
When I had first contacted Pulse, they denied even installing any piping at allWhen I showed them the pictures to the contrary they agreed to come out and reconnect the pipe.
They are irresponsible and careless and clearly caused the damages.

Review: P.U.L.S.E. plumbing was hired to install a drip pan prior to settlement on our house. They did not install it properly and their mistake led to a leak in my roof. They said they could reconnect the pipe that they installed, but would not take responsibility for the damages to my ceiling.Desired Settlement: Pulse needs to fix the damages that they caused to our ceiling, or hire somebody to do so.

Review: Pulse installed a drip pan and draining pipe for a central ac unit. They did not hook up the PVC piping up properly, and their pipe came undone. A huge leak ensued and my roof began to cave in. They refused to fix the damage to the ceiling. They have not returned our phone calls and have flat out denies responsibility to fix their mistake.

When I first contacted them, they claimed to not even have installed a PVC pipe; they only claimed installing a new drip pan to existing pipe. When I showed them before and after pictures of a home inspection, they then changed their stance to 'we're not fixing it because we don't do drywall, or fix ceilings.'

They are very rude and obnoxious and refuse to fix their mess!!

Please help??Desired Settlement: Repair damages to my ceiling or pay for a qualified contractor who can properly repair the damaged ceiling that they caused.
